Fulton Bank

This has been my bank for years, back when it was Lafayette. I now live in NC and still maintain accounts because I have family ties in Allentown. What I am happy to see when I bank is Val at the branch in Emmaus PA. It’s important to have a person who is knowledgeable and devoted to her profession.

As a dentist and small business owner, there have been many exasperating moments during this pandemic. Dealing with the Tilghman street branch of the Fulton Bank was not one of them!

Trying to navigate the intricacies of the CARES Act and PPP loans was mind boggling but the financial manager at the branch was there for me every step of the way. As my stress increased she was a relief to my worries and my issues were ultimately resolved due in no small part to her intervention. I would recommend Fulton Bank wholeheartedly !

Very nice bank, professional staff & friendly service

Great service on many banking issues.

Tried cashing a client's check from one of their account holders, they confirmed it'd be fine over phone beforehand.
They then tell me they will not honor it because it also included my DBA business name after my personal full name. Completely unacceptable.
Went to my bank and it was honored without question and with assurances it would not bounce over this issue.
I had inquired about opening a new business account with them while teller called supervisor, clearly that is off the table forever.
I will not accept checks from this bank chain in the future.

I think this place has old employees settled down forever. Thinks they are untouchable and can not be laid off that is why they are offering worst service. I will personally prefer hamilton branch even though I live 2 mins away from this tilghman branch.
