Zephyr Pharmacy

This pharmacy is the absolute best. When I was having issues getting my medicine from cvs and even st Luke’s homestar pharmacy, I was able to call Zephyr. They had my medication in stock and were able to fill it in minutes for me. I haven’t looked back. They are absolutely amazing, they’re very responsive, respectful, and courteous. They treat you like family.

When I had trouble with medication shortages, this pharmacy came through. They searched high and low for my medicine. On top of all that they're kind and courteous. Wonderful wonderful wonderfu!l 😊

I love Zephyr pharmacy, they were able to fill a prescription for my daughter in a matter of minutes that I was not able to get from two other big chain pharmacies. I have since transferred over mine and my daughters prescriptions and they made the process very easy for me. The staff is very helpful and the pharmacist is great offers great customer service and always eager to help! I wish I would have switched to Zephyr pharmacy sooner and will recommend them to everyone!

This is a family pharmacy trying to survive against CVS, Costco, etc. Nick, Delto and the entire staff treat you like family.

My family and pets have been coming to Nick and his wonderful staff since day 1. They now are like family to us. Everyone is so kind and on top of everything we need. Whether it’s phone calls to us reminding us about upcoming changes, calls to our insurance companies we don’t know how to handle, medications for our pups and they even deliver right to our home. We greatly appreciate everyone at Zephyr Pharmacy. Their hospitality is unmatched. When my grandfather passed away last year they took the extra mile and sent us a lovely bouquet of flowers and they didn’t have to do that. It just goes to show that they really care about their patients. Thank you all from the Cecala family! We love you guys!

I just found this fabulous pharmacy thanks to my doctor, and Zephyr had the medication I needed (most other pharmacies in the Lehigh Valley were out of it!) The staff was super nice and filled my script in less than 10 minutes. And then, just a few hours later, a friend of ours also said that Zephyr came to the rescue for a family member in need of meds, and you guessed it, all the other pharmacies, including big box and chain pharmacies, did not have the meds needed. Amazing!

The only tough detail about the location is getting to it through traffic in the area.. the owner gave a tip however, its worth it to take your GPS direction from Mauch Chunk Road even if its a tad further.... and you can pull out or from the D&D Dunkin lot if needed.

Great pharmacy! Never met such caring staff. Nick and his team show so much concern towards meeting all my medication needs. I have never had a problem receiving my medication, they even get in touch with your doctors for you. And they deliver which is perfect for me cause I don’t drive. Highly recommend.

Great pharmacy, Nick (the pharmacist) is friendly and very helpful with prescriptions. Even without insurance you get the best prices in town, they deliver as well which is a huge plus! Exceptional, personal service, the kind you do not get from chain store pharmacies. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to say thank you to Delto for all his patience, professionalism and great customer service! Dealing with Delto is always a joy and Zephyr Pharmacy is one place that has always provided awesome customer service at a time when good customer service is hard to find in many companies. If there was an option to give 10 stars I would. No one in the area could get my daughter a medication she needed, and Zephyr Pharmacy pulled through. Not only did they find a substitute medication for her, they had it ordered by 4pm and was ready/delivered for her by 9am the next day AND was thousands of dollars cheaper than what CVS and Rite-Aid offered. Won’t be going anywhere else for my families medication!

We usually use Whitehall Pharmacy which is run by the same folks, so I popped into Zephyr, too, and it is just as nice! It is nice to have a "home town" pharmacy kind of place again! I'll never go to one of those chain places again!

Everyone in this pharmacy is terrific. From Nick (pharmacist) to all the other staff. I would highly recommend them. The absolute greatest pharmacy that I've ever used. They do their best in all that they do.

Totally on the ball led by Nick they take care of you like you are there family. They are all professional kind and considerate and a bonus, I'm always in and out, they make it easy.

I agree with Jessica; no more chain pharmacies for me since I found Whitehall Pharmacy; and now Zephyr which I'm sure gives excellent professional and courteous service to it's customers just like Whitehall. I highly recommend!!

I switched to this pharmacy a few years ago. They are very friendly and they know who you are when you walk in the door. I ended up switching my whole family thank you.

Great customer service, always on time with prescriptions, and has a very professional and knowledgeable staff on hand to answer any questions you may have.
