I had a very good experience working with Brandy. I initially called to talk about insuring a drone and ended up switching all my insurance over including Auto, Motorcycle, Umbrella and Homeowner's insurance. Brandy listened to what I needed, compared my old plans to my new ones, and answered all my questions. In the end I saved money and got better coverage. Couldn't ask for more than that! Highly recommended.

Danielle was so professional and personable while guiding me through the process of choosing the best policies for my needs. She was extremely pleasant and very informative when sharing the break down of each policy. There was even an unbelievable live musical performance for me while I waited on the phone! Can’t beat that kind of service!

Brandi helped me immensely with my coverage! She was able to add more services and a term life insurance policy while also reducing my monthly bill! She also answered my countless questions about navigating car insurance and an accident claim as I’m a young adult and have little to no experience in this realm. This agent was very patient and polite. She was able to answer all my questions. This agent was able to walk me through my situation. She provided excellent customer service and was able to explain clearly. I wish more companies would take pride in helping customers. This agent made me feel as if I was in the state farm commercial. Spoke with Brandy today about my bill, which has increased, and I was questioning why since my car is getting older, yet the bill went up significantly I feel. I was told there was a general rate increase across the board. Brandy was pleasant and professional, very nice to talk to. She suggested a few ways to possibly lower my bill. I appreciate the time she took to explain things to me.
