Ichiban

I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve been going here since I was little and staff is very nice. My boyfriend and I come here often for our favorite rolls and sashimi to split. I added pics of what we get. Food is such good quality and I crave it all the time!! lol 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Very good experience. Food tastes amazing and cant wait to come back to bring my whole family. Although the wait was an hour during the weekend it was worth the wait. A-lot of birthday celebrations at each table. Definitely a new go to place. The bill decent considering the food to be extremely fresh & delicious.

It wasn’t overly crowded. We had a nice relaxing dinner. The chef was fun, and did a great job preparing our food. Proteins we’re cooked perfectly, and my scallops were very good, and nice and large. My only complaint would be that they season the rice with the same flavors as the proteins, so everything tastes the same. I’d like a variety in flavors.

Celebrated my bday here, and it was great. The service was beyond with the balloon and spin the wheel game they had. I won a coupon for my next visit.

From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in for a treat. The entire experience was wonderful, from the delicious food to the attentive service to the charming ambiance. I came a pond a group of teen who wanted a meal but didn’t have enough so I offered to pay for their food all was beautiful until something else happened, the owner is beyond incredible I witness him seating the boys and completing their dinning with extra dishes. My act of kindness was minor but what the owner did was truly amazing!

Loved our chef who cooked excellent shrimp and fried rice for us . And he really enjoyed his job

They were so awesome!! It was my mom's 77th birthday and she's in a wheelchair and they just were super they have a birthday wheel and my mom got a $15 gift certificate plus they bring out a fruit boat really good fruit just a Great place

Okay I know this is a long standing chain restaurant, but the service, atmosphere and food are terrific...definitely a great stop for a multitude of flavors and food. The Saké is amazing as well. GO, go get fed well and leave satisfied.

I really love this place. The food and the atmosphere, it was great! Definitely a place if you want to celebrate any occasions like birthday etc.

Absolute best hibachi restaurant I have ever been to. We were seated right away on a Saturday at lunch time. This was a birthday dinner and every staff member was attentive and nice. We had the best hibachi chef, Pie, who really elevated the experience with his humor and cooking skills. Will be back for every birthday!

We are return guests many time over at Ichiban. Very good food and service. The hibachi experience and sushi is very consistent. Ichiban never dissapoints!

The chefs are very entertaining. Great place to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. We had the habachi. The mushroom soup is light and a nice appetite opener. The orange ginger dressing on the crisp salad is refreshing. The shrimp in the appetizer are plump and tasty. I chose the fried noodles that have a good grill taste. The fried rice is fluffy and well cooked. The scallops are very large and fresh and perfectly cooked. Steak came out medium as asked for. The grilled veggies have a nice snap to them. Everything is well seasoned. The portions are large. I recommend the premium hot sake.
The staff was very attentive.
Masks are required for staff, and guests who are walking in and around restaurant. Handicap entrance and parking.

We have been eating here since they opened. We love their sushi. The service is tops and the staff is very friendly. This is our go-to restaurant.

This is my favorite spot in the Lehigh Valley to get sushi, just they also do some awesome hibachi as well. The food, the staff, the atmosphere, and the cocktails are all great. The prices are reasonable.

It was the first time taking the kids to Ichiban and they enjoyed seeing their food made right in front of them. Food was good, and the location was clean and staff was friendly.

Great atmosphere, great food and great drinks! Our chef was funny, entertaining and very skillful. He alone, make you want to come again. It was a good experience for me and my family. My daughter celebrated her birthday and there were about 6 more birthdays that night so they know how to help you celebrate your birthday! Ichiban is awesome!

The BEST hibachi - we drive 50 minutes for it! Drinks are good and entire menu is reasonably priced! Highly recommend the filet, it’s worth the extra cost compared to the New York strip.

Excellent food, atmosphere, service, & interactive Japanese culture. If you haven't been here yet, put it at the TOP of your to-do list. A lot of fun & reasonable prices.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere cook was awesome. Definitely recommend.
