The UPS Store

Big thank you to the staff at this UPS Store! Today they helped me with a return to Amazon….i misread the return instructions that said I needed to pack/box my item before returning it. As luck would have it, I had an empty box in my trunk so they taped it up for me and were so friendly and helpful! Thanks again guys…..definitely recommend this store!

I walked into the store (01.11.24) ten minutes before they closed. I was not sure if I needed an appointment and could not reach anyone by phone, so I gave it a shot. They were clearly ready to close, but the kind lady behind the desk stopped her routine and handled my request with no problem, made me copies, and it was done in 5 minutes.

For the last few years, it was getting more and more complicated to get packages ready to mail. And last year, one of my packages which was sent to Rochester NY first went to Florida then to Brooklyn and finally to the destination. Not going to happen again.

Always in and out pretty quickly, even when it’s busy. The people working there are very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. Compared to other UPS stores I've gone to, you can tell they value their job and care for their customers.

The customer service representative today 9/27 was professional, friendly and courteous. He is a great asset to the UPS store.

Associates are always so friendly and polite. Service was very fast and accurate. Always a pleasure dealing with these staff members..

The people that work at the local Cata Allentown, PA UPS store are awesome. They see all kinds of weirdness and they're still a delight.

I've send packages from the store and everytime the packages arrived on time never had a problem 🙃

Spent all day trying to get a ups store google sent me first to a drop counter no help then to a ups warehouse 30 miles away broke down finally to this location where the girl at the counter was so wonderful printed my label which was supposed to be ups email from ups but was for the postal service. My whole day shot. But thank you to the one person from ups with brains and charm the girl at this location.

Such wonderful employees! The owner was so extremely helpful helping me send a couple of items that needed to stay cold. How I packed it was really not right, so she unpacked everything and repacked it in their supplies. Wonderful! Definitely my go to for shipping/and all their other services...all in one place!

I cannot say enough good things about Donna. Some friends and I needed to ship a large number of oddly-sized items. We showed up with no boxes or packaging materials and Donna immediately sprung into action, helping us assemble and load boxes. Donna prioritized our needs while simultaneously managing a steady stream of customers coming through the door. She was calm and friendly with everyone. Thank you so much for your kindness, Donna, it is much appreciated.

Before, it used to be an average experience for me months ago. This time, they seem better than expected. We cracked some jokes, had a gud time, and got what I needed for a quick Amazon drop in. Whoeva in charge of hiring, seems to be doing a great job and an upbeat positivity team! Wub it, made my day! :3 👍

I had a great experience at this UPS store. It’s the heat of the holidays, I’ve never been to this location before, and it’s rush hour so I thought this place was going to be packed with people. I was wrong! The staff are very efficient and helpful. Specifically Jo was a great resource for me as I had multiple packages and multiple labels that I needed to match up. Jo was awesome and I will definitely be back at this location again.

Quick and expedited service. DAN was awesome
