The level of care, kindness, and attention I received as soon as I walked through the doors was astounding. I went to Brooks Brothers at around 5pm, and they close at 7pm. I needed a suit for my medical school interview that was in two days, and the staff wasn’t sure if they would have it ready for me in time. Fred, the store associate and the individual responsible for measurements, immediately went to work. He took my dimensions and brought me back to the suit area. Jude, the store manager, and Ursula, the supervisor and tailor, helped in finding a jacket for us. We decided to go with the blue regent windowpane jacket, and it fit me perfectly. This took only about 10 minutes. We moved to the pants, found a pair, and Ursula began making adjustments to them. The level of knowledge in Fred was impressive and very helpful, as this was my first ever suit purchase. I decided to purchase two ties and two shirts, and Jude and Frank helped me with both, while Ursula was working on the pants. Frank ironed out one of the shirts for me, and what great customer service that is! I waited for a little while in their chairs until the clothes were ready. Once everything was done, Frank and Jude thanked me for shopping with them, and wished me good luck on my interview. It was only about 6:40 by the time I left! The quality of the clothes is phenomenal, and the quality of care was even better. I highly recommend shopping here for suits and professional wear!

I went in on 2/29 to pick up some new dress shirts. Entered at 6:50 not realizing this location closes at 7. Fred went above and beyond helping me find my size, suggesting different styles, and explaining the details about the styles, fits, and materials. I walked out with 4 Regent fit dress shirts. After trying them on again at home I felt I had a bit too much material even though they did fit well. I thought a slimmer fit may be a bit better. I went back in today, 3/1, and spoke to Fred again. Fred was just as helpful as the day before and had me try on the Milano fit which was a bit slimmer. This was the perfect fit for me. When they didn’t have the same patterns that I bought the previous day, Fred and Judy took the time to find these styles online, process an exchange, and order these directly to my home. This is customer service at its finest! Truly a class act!

Service is exceptional. The staff knows their stuff. They made buying a suit easy and comfortable. I will definitely recommend to friends. Also, the tailor, Jose (I hope I spelled his name correctly), was phenomenal. He’s got class and style!

I do not usually write reviews but had to look up the telephone number and was shocked to see the rating this store had. I have been using this shop for all of my purchases since it has opened and never had any issues. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The tailoring services are second to none in the area. As far as the people concerned with the price point remember, you get what you pay for.

Needed a couple suits for an event the following month. The sales staff was very helpful and the on-site tailor put on a perfect fit. Very pleased. Will return, and highly recommend this storied brand and this great location.

The cloths look great , fit perfect . The traditional iron free shirts wash well, hold their colours.

I give 5 stars because of Marilyn. She has helped me over the years and without a doubt is the kindest, most helpful sales person one could ever ask for.

Had appointment with Frank to help my elderly disabled father shop. He was very patient with him and made my father at ease, which is not an easy feat. Great customer service. Thank you!

5 stars for Stacey and another woman who"s name I unfortunately did not get in helping me navigate the store's overall poor inventory position. They went above and beyond to help me find the exact shirts I needed today. Brooks Brothers corporate needs to do better on stocking. Not having the basics in stock at normal sizes is a recipe to lose traffic and push people to shop online. Trust me, you need your stores.

It may be a funny review, however, I run several small businesses and I can't stand bad reviews for nonsense reasons. So I'll say this.. Your bad reviews actually make me want to go there. 1. Why do you think you are a king and everyone must stand up at your arrival, 2. You brought a gift back with no receipt, yet i'm sure plenty of attitude, and expected them to trust you to give your money back. Wait, then I love the 1-star rating for being too expensive. Hysterical, i'm going into Brooks Brothers for my wedding tux tomorrow, so i'll follow up with a real review but for now i'm giving them 5 stars just for dealing with idiots.
