Joe was fantastic! I got an appointment the next day after calling with a roof issue. He was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He sat down with me and explained everything in detail regarding an estimate on the roof. I was given a folder with my estimate and pamphlets to explain everything I might need to understand that’s going on with my roof along with the materials that they use. I didn’t know what to expect, but I really liked that. They took the time to give me an estimate that same day, unlike other companies. It only took 45 minutes to an hour after looking at the roof to be given 3 different price options on how we can go about fixing the roof.

Emily arrived on time to give us an estimate for a new roof, gutters and some minor repairs. She is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She welcomed and answered all our questions in detail. It was refreshing and a great pleasure to find a company that has actual people answering phones, who make prompt estimate appointments and gives the actual estimate at the end of the appointment. No days of waiting to hear the estimated cost!! Thank you, Emily!

We met with Scott to discuss new roof and gutters/soffets. He walked around the property and we shared with him what we wanted done. He was very knowledgeable, he explained the permitting process,the material that will be used to replace our roof, warranty, time frame, etc. He was very thorough and helpful. We had estimate at 3 different price levels for the roof and signed the contract. Thank you Holencik team!!

Holencik replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts in 2020, and I write this now because they just did a minor repair and I continue to be impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. The work is top quality and makes the house look so much better. Jesse helped us pick the color and told us houses they recently did so we could look, compare different colors and types of shingles and talk to customers if we wished. In removing the old roof they laid a huge drape over the front of the house to protect it and the bushes. After the new roof was in place a separate clean up crew came to get anything the installation guys may have missed.
Their people are polite, courteous and professional. Always on time, return calls and follow up until the job is complete. When Dustin came this week he brought in the trash cans and our newspaper. To me it affirms the Holencik team cares about their customers and their work. I highly recommend them!

Holencik has hundreds of high rated reviews up on the web which is why we chose them. Scott and Emily went out of their way to work with our insurance to help get deserved reimbursement and their quality of work was exceptional. The one small miscommunication was handled very professionally. Also installed a lovely Cupola for us as part of the job. Even with high such a high quality of service and workmanship their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a roofer in the Lehigh Valley or surrounding areas.

Holencik is honestly a lifesaver. Half of my parents roof blew off their house while they’re out of town. I called Adam Holencik at 7:30pm, and he personally met me at their house well after hours to nail a tarp over their roof. I have never met someone so kind, so willing to help when he could have just brushed it off late at night, so knowledgeable about his craft, but most of all, someone who truly cares about the customer. We will never go with anyone else!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Were accommodating for the need to reschedule, as well. Transparent with all pricing and went above and beyond for any questions or concerns I had. Adam was great. Highly recommend.

The Holencik team recently replaced the low slope roof on our home. We are very pleased with the results. This roof replacement was a direct result of poor craftmanship of the previous roofer. The Holencik team restored our faith in roofing contractors. They completed the job professionally, correctly and most importantly they stand behind their work (warranty). They are a great company, and I would recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Joey was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to us and the options we had to fix the situation. He offered us the Care Program and we realized it was a great idea to do. He was extremely personable and easy to talk to We felt very comfortable with what he will be doing when he returns to do the work. Adam came to give a quote on a window replacement. Unfortunately it didn't line up that they would be able to help, but he was super friendly, courteous of our house and recommended someone else they trust.
Can't speak for the quality of work, but their service seems impeccable.

Words cannot expressed how pleased we are with the siding, gutter, and shutter work done by Holencik Exteriors! Their rep, Joe Duffy, met with us multiple times to make sure all of our questions were answered and concerns were addressed. Project mananger Bob Potter and his crew were on-time and super professional - and their work is awesome! We'll be recommending them to anyone we know needing exterior work; in fact, we're already planning on using them for our roof replacement within the next few years. Plus, unlike most others, they offer financing. And we love our Holencik bird!

The Holencik team, Tyler and Chris were great and went beyond checking the work they did for us. I'm a " do it my selfer" for a lot of things around our home. After checking out what their team did for us...( no issues,) they were helpful in bringing some other things to my attention and advised some solutions that I can "do a bit more myself" to keep our home free from potential future damages.
