On October 15th my daughter and I visited your office on Hoover Ave. We wanted to transfer a title into my daughter's name. It was a title from TN, so we weren't very sure how to proceed. We were helped by a woman named Jackie. She was PHENOMENAL! We had lots of questions and she had the answers! If she didn't know the answer, she made a phone call. When we arrived we were the only people there, but a line began to form. She asked if we minded while she helped other people who had quick transactions as she was trying to handle the line and assist as quickly as she could. She was great. We weren't able to complete the transfer because we need to get some other things together, but we will be back and hope to see Jackie again! Thank you for the 5 star experience!

Beautiful inside however the lady we were unfortunately "helped" by was incredibly rude and just down right MISERABLE. I have never dealt with someone in what should be a somewhat professional setting so rude. Your business would do much better without negative, awful employees. She was a large woman with blonde short hair. Jackie Peters is her name.

Expensive. Paid 170 $ service fee in addition to state fees

You would think they would have more people working since they're right next door to the DMV.
