First time visit to the company to meet my school buddy. All the years i thought he worked for some chemical company but boy, I was so amazed by the products this company make and what one can create using those products. The reception area is so uniquely designed, it gives you feel of a Hollywood studio. Here the people are friendly and facility is modern and technologically advanced. Overall, highly impressed and will recommend anyone to visit.

I was blown away by how cool this place was! Dejay was super helpful and took the time to explain everything that we would need. I would definitely like to go back for one of the classes.

I am a make-up effects artist and have been using Smooth-On products for 20+ years for making skin effects, props, molds, castings, etc. They have more products than you can count but what sets these guys apart is their tech service. You call, they answer. They give you honest advice (saving time and money) and will give you ideas that will take you in different directions. On a recent vacation, I went out of my way to visit their store near Allentown, PA. What they have on display will blow your mind and it was all created by the people you talk to on the tech line. Builds confidence when you talk to people that walk the walk.

Absolutely amazing for any of your serious sculpture supplies. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There were multiple samples of all of the materials on display so you could see and touch everything to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Great place for all your specialty coatings and moulding materials. Very knowledgeable staff and quite helpful! I needed a hard coating for an EPS project and this is what I needed and purchased! (see attached)

Much and such great examples of how from start to finish for any and all your mold n casting needs it was definitely a experience and such great materials the girl at the counter Beverly was so knowledgeable and informative she helped me pick the proper materials and gave me so much starter info that I couldn’t go wrong I highly recommend if your either just starting or a seasoned vet in the trade this is the place for you way cheaper then buying online and first hand experience from people that enjoy the process of molding and casting much appreciated ✌

I used to work for Smooth Ons distributor Reynolds Advanced Materials. It is the best company to work for and is such a hidden gem in the Lehigh Valley. I gained so much product knowledge while there, that I've been able to expand my own small little etsy store. Their customer service is absolute top of the line. They go above and beyond what most companies would do. I recommend these products to anyone that is getting started with resin and epoxies. I really loved working there and if you have the opportunity to check it out, go. You won't be disappointed! Make sure to ask the people at the front desk to set off the dragons!

Very interesting place with lots of samples and products to purchase for making molds and casting synthetic materials. Best of all is the expert advice I got from Nick, one of the technical experts regarding Smooth On's great products. Be sure to ask for Nick.

Amazing customer support. They helped us with exactly what we need. No overselling. They have huge collection of samples with different materials so it gives you an exact idea on what you get.

My daughter is a new artist, getting into prosthetics and FX makeup. The sales staff is incredible in the retail store! Every time we visit, they are helpful, knowledgeable and extremely insightful on their products and how best to use them. They have never tried to "up-sell" me and if I had any caveat with the company AT ALL, I wish they would make their training/tutorial events open to minors like my 13 year old. She is a struggling artist that needs all the help she can get. Perhaps a summer camp?

Stellar products for many different projects.

I read the review from the jackass who used a colorant to "repair an inflatable boat" and could not not comment. Clearly, he did not read directions or even call Smooth-On's wonderful tech service department before proceeding. He is too stupid to be using any material. I have relied on Smooth-On products and, more importantly, their free phone tech help for years and they have never let me down.

Use them with 110% confidence.

Good products, good service at the storefront and lightning fast shipping. Put in an online order and received the product in almost exactly 24 hours. (Only about a 4 hour drive away from their depot to be fair, but still incredibly fast.)

Boss company! I use Smooth-On products to fabricate art projects, bring ideas to life! Great instructional videos and resources too. Would love to be a company rep one day.
