Absolutely the best sneakers that I have ever owned. Extremely comfortable, awesome support. The last pair lasted me about five years before I had to replace them. Money well spent!!

Great experience, we have had trouble finding my son shoes that fit over his new braces. We were sent to new balance by his therapist and she was dead on, we walked in and asked for wide width shoes for braces and without skipping a beat the salesman asked to measure the braces. We were fitting his new shoes in minutes. Not only was new balance the only one with shoes, they were on sale also. Will send anyone here looking for good shoes for their kids and definitely for children with braces. Excellent help from the salesmen.

It took me a few months to figure out where to put this review. First I would like to thank Larry. He worked SO HARD to find me my New Balance shoes that fit perfectly. And he never gave up, even when it meant that he had to go to another New Balance who had my 928's Version 1. I have something wrong with my feet and the New Balance 928 V1 are the ONLY shoes that fit me and I have been desperate to find them. And NO, New Balance, the V3 is not just like V1. Anyway, Larry took his time until he found his customer (me) the shoes that I needed. Bless Him. He found me 3 pairs but what will I do when I wear these out? I am genuinely worried since I wore the same ones I had until they were literally falling apart on my feet.
I would also like to thank the store manager, Joe, for his kindness in allowing me to try to get used to a shoe that we thought might work but didn't and then return it even though it was way beyond the usual return date. And thank you Joe for training your staff to be kind and very courteous to your customers. It is a pleasure to shop in your store.

Just returned from the store. Larry was knowledgeable and very helpful. My problem required more than just getting a shoe for me to try on. My orthotic insert was difficult to fit, but he knew the exact shoe to try first time. This was a great experience!

It is so worth it to find a pedorthist, in addition to the NBRX-trained staff who can evaluate shoe fit according to the structure of your foot and gait, and Joe was dedicated to his craft! The store selection had a good variety of models, and the staff friendly, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Had to buy sneakers with better support and motion control. Anthony was so nice and a huge help. Good sneakers can be expensive but it is worth the investment. Will be going back for sure.

Very nice people and helped us get exactly what we needed. Our little boy has CP, and with his braces it can be hard to find shoes that fiit. They helped us find the perfect ones.

I've had New Balance sneakers before and they always last a long time. Service at the store was excellent the staff helped me out immediately sized up my foot and even when he couldn't find anything that I liked he was willing to order them.
