Hectic and stressful. Domestic violence situation.

I have no problem with Domestic Relation. I have a case there and when the Child Support is behind I do not have to do anything. A letter is sent to both parties to attend a court date. I'm ok with that. Less stressful for me. Thank you Lehigh County.

The location of the Address on google maps is wrong. It is across the street from where google maps tells you to go. Took me 3 times going there to figure this out.

Absloutly the rudest experience i have ever seen i really had no idea that a person could be treated so rude when the father of the child was$4,000 in the rears n nothing was done i am $100 in rwars and had my friend with and wanted to borrow from her the person handling my case called me names i have never her said to a single mother just teying to make it they basically called me terrible names because i am rwally struggling single mother and bipolar

I just moved here from another county my son’s father is behind 4 plus months and this office does absolutely nothing to make sure he pays. No bench warrant no nothing. In my previous county this would have never went down. The officer handling my case doesn’t seem to want to do his job!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The people who work here do no care about anything. They will be rude, talk down to you, not help at all. If I talked to people how these people talked to you I would be fired from my job. Recently had a situation with them where they said I didn’t pay my support for the month. I paid Dec 29th for the month of December. I then get an email letting me know I didn’t pay December. I thought there must be a mix up so I call to see what happened. I am then told they see my payment in the system but that I will still owe for December because my payment did not post and once the payment posts in January the payment I made on Dec 29th for the month of December will be applied to January. When trying to explain that’s not how billing works. I myself work in the billing department for an insurance company and when I explained that whenever you submit payment for a bill in that month it should be applied for that month. I was simply told, “well that’s not how our system works, and if you don’t like it call down to Harrisburg and complain to them”. Basically I should tell it to her boss because she doesn’t care. This system the state has is completely broken and they don’t care because they have no actual boss. If they actually had accountability and a manager you could address some of these issues to a lot of this wouldn’t go down. But I guess when you work for the state all your humanity leaves your body for that wonderful 18 bucks an hour these soulless people make.

This group is a complete joke. They don’t help. They do nothing. They are just there stealing your tax dollars and doing little to enforce the payment of support. If it were up to me they would all be fired and the laws would be changed to benefit the parents who get zero dollars while the other parent skates by.

Very Disappointed When Dealing My Custody Case And Child Support. Very Rude People That Don't Care About Nothing Specially US As Fathers. Let Me Tell You Something. The System Tooked Away One Of My Raise Daughter And The Judge Didn't Care About The Feelings Of My Daughter. No Remorse, Demostic Relations Denied my Rights As A Father. I Asked For A Copy Of My Withhold Paper. They Didn't Want To Give It To Me But I Stood As My Rights And They End Up Giving It To Me

They better hope I don't find out they broke the law getting my address when they have no open case on me !!!!!!!!!!!! I will take legal action against this corrupt agency!

They never answer the phone, just keeps ringing for 30 mins or more then if you finally get someone, they hang up right after you say what you need.

The most horrible bunch of people you'll ever meet. We felt like lambs being thrown in a cage with a dozen lions. Why does the non custodial parent have to pay for the custodial parents rent and utilities? I always thought that was on the parent. We have a child and no one helps us with mortgage and utilities. A very unfair system to say the least?!

They are harassing me for money, and now they are tapped into my pay check and I have no charges against me. Never had one charge my whole life. Still don’t.

So why are they taking my money and my children from me, because I’m speaking up that we live in a corrupt government system. Your not free. Be on guard, stand firm in the faith, be strong, be courageous. 1 Corth 16:13

Unfortunately this office has horrible customer service. When both parties are trying to have the issue resolved because of agreement there seems to be roadblocks. If you ask them to explain their policies or rules, they are unable to do so. When you do get the information they will not discuss it with you. A simple discussion can go a long way.
Unfortunately Alicia and her supervisor Cindy have some rather nasty attitudes and shouldn’t be aloud to talk to the public. I am currently waiting for the director Julia Greenwood to get in contact with me. I doubt I ever hear from her either.
Shame our system is so broken and it is ran like this. It is time for change!!

The people FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE are so disrespectful, treat you like garbage! They really don’t do their work. They should receive a course how to treat people. I have one child support case with them and I am already in the process for 1 year and when I ask for information they just say you have to wait and when you try to talk to the person in charge, they don’t want to transfer your calls and give you a really nasty attitude.
It is like they hate their jobs instead of being grateful of having one. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

I've seen firsthand and secondhand what one of my closest friend's mother has gone through with them when trying to get long-awaited child support for my friend and her siblings. Awful, awful, awful people who are ugly on the inside and will coddle deadbeat parents, and permit them to launder money and lie about their financial worth to avoid child support. Vivian Appel is the WORST and should be fired for being so accommodating to deadbeat dads who are caught in lies. Hopefully that old hag will wither up one of these days.

This place discrimination is what they do best. Women win 99.9 percent of the time just feeding there office with more and more work to hire more workers. Plus they only enforce there orders to good hard working father's who fight for there children. If you don't have a job your safe. But have a job and there on you like flies o. Dog s$$t. Office people are usually all women and with a attitude. Like there the best,and there stuff doesn't stink. Honeztly if your a red blooded male. You have a better chance ce of winning the lottery than winning in this court room.

If I could leave review w out marking any stars I so would! I have 2 cases w/ them and the man who is attempting to pay just can't pay full amount they trying throw in jail but my other sons father who has not paid in yes over 2 years nothing he's still free and walking! Smh this dad that's been helping before order went in he was giving me money and helping! I told them I wanted to drop the case n keep only the arrears so she spoke to the father said he had to pay 400$ in 5 days so he paid that day and she took him back in her office n said why you playing games with me? Why didn't you tell me you had the amount on you! She never asked him if he did and he did it cause he lives a distance away n had it on him so figured he would just get it out the way! We'll she then told him he had to come up w/ another 400$ or be held in contempt! The only man actually helping me an she doin all she can to throw him in jail to the point now I'm dropping the case so not to deal w her any more!!! Worst place ever!!!!!! Poor attitudes very rude etc
