This is not your usual barber shop filled with old men, it is so much better! The music, the laughter and a great community feel.
Just know that you have to pay in cash.

Excellent. I went in for a beard trim today 2/29/19. (See my Squire's Barbershop review). I was warmly received and promptly served. My beard trim was $10.00 I gave the barber $25.00 for his excellent service and superb trim job on my lengthy beard. I will be back and I highly recommend this barbershop.

This was my first time here at Melvin’s, and let me say I am beyond impressed. It was an absolute pleasure having Melvin himself, and he is a total professional. I came in looking like a sheepdog and left looking like I should be on the cover of GQ. Melvin’s attention to detail and precision was on point. The prices may be steep for some, but you get what you pay for. For what I received, it was well worth the price. Highly recommended. Five stars. 10/10. Two thumbs up!
