MINI of Allentown Parts Department

Recently drove my 2019 Mini Countryman the two hour round trip to the service dept here. I found the whole experience to be impressive. Earlier in the week, I called and Robin quickly got my Mini scheduled to replace the chrome around the headlights. Although my vehicle’s warranty had expired for the parts I needed, I was pleasantly surprised the bill Robin gave me was cheaper than he quoted over the phone. My Mini was even washed and vacuumed while we waited a short time in their comfortable and clean customer area for the repair!! Robin and all the staff are so efficient and pleasant that I just had to write a review of praise!

I have delt with many dealerships for years, the employee's at this Allentown dealership is by far the best. Very friendly, more than to help anyway they can. I bought a used 2015 mini, my first, and not from them. They treated me like I had been a long time customer, I asked if they could explain all the features of my mini and they were great. I purchased assessors for my mine from them, and everything was just what I wanted. The dealer
that I had bought mini from was not a mini dealer, and was really hard to deal with.
