Wanted to balance out some of the negative experiences - Adel provided outstanding customer service.

I had used a small credit union for years when I found out today you can't use the debit card abroad. And I'm leaving for Europe on Sunday! I have a busy work week and didn't think I would have time to get into a bank before they closed to open a new checking account, much less one that would give me a card immediately and not send it in the mail. But I called the nearest PNC, an hour away, and they were waiting for me when I got there (40 minutes before closing time) and I walked out thirty minutes later with my new debit card. They were so nice and helpful and I am so relieved! The process was so easy. Really happy and thankful to them

Manny is an exceptional branch manager and went out of his way to help my small business after failed attempts through main customer service. He really cares about his customers and it shows!

I have been with PNC for 20 years, and it’s only gotten better over the years. Open 7 days a week, they are trying to destroy the surcharge on ATMs. They work with many business you might work at to offer you free services. But they also have free accounts for anyone. They offer loans, and loan refinancing. And I’m sure I’m not mentioning half of what they actually offer. Management will bend over backwards to help you get your finances in the order you want them to be in. Their staff is always professional and kind. Online banking is a breeze, and in today’s world convenient. I strongly urge anyone without a bank account to open one with PNC.
But like any bank, if you don’t pay bills and overdraft your accounts, you’re going to have a bad time.

Staff (tellers and receptionist) here are always super friendly and helpful each time I have visited this location. I have been in and out swiftly every time. Mildred is always a stack of joy and very helpful.

Never have had to interact with the branch manager so I cannot comment on that experience.

Parking lot is safe but small and mostly easily packed during rush hours.

Adel Mikhael, branch manager looked me up and down and made me feel unwelcome. I was interested in opening a business account and it seems as though he assumed, based on my appearance, that I couldn't possibly have a business. I did not mention that I
Own a Viral YouTube channel with 14 million views and 7,000 subscribers. Wouldn't recommend dealing with him. The additional star up is because of the kind receptionist with the hijab who made the experience pleasant.

This is the worst worst worst branch of pnc ! I have been banking with pnc over 15 years. If if I have to go inside at this location it’s always a nightmare! Starting with cashiers and their managers and the entire team at this branch is horrifying ! Stay away and never use this branch! I have almost left pnc as the only two times I used this I was ready to take my money elsewhere. Corporate needs to clean out this entire team and start fresh . Wish I could give ZERO stars THATS THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE THERE ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO!!!!

I went to this branch to get a single blank check, should have been in and out. But instead I was in line for over 45 minutes while there was a single teller (who very clearly had no idea what he was doing) in the back. The branch manager (I assume) in all her infinite wisdom, decided that she didn't need to open another lane for the 20+ people in line, but instead she was just going to stand over the tellers shoulder and not help him. So what exactly do you get paid to do? Because in the almost hour I had to wait, I saw her do absolutely nothing.
Pick a different branch, or better yet, a different bank.
