I come here all the time to get groceries, is a clean place and I find everything I need, costumer service is great

This is a "LITTLE KNOWN FACT" regarding Giant. They have Bakery Delights that are "Off The Chain"....

Right now, Giant has 6 Donuts for $2.99. Not only is the pricing great, however they taste phenomenal!!! It beats "Dunkin" hands down....

They have Lemon, Boston Cream, Glazed, Jelly, various Icing w/ Sprinkles and so many other varieties. In addition, they ALWAYS have $3.00 & $5.00 Specials. YUM!!

We always get a large order of fried chicken for our granddaughter’s birthday party. It is ready for pick up right on time. And staff is friendly and helpful at this store. Everyone loves it so much we will get an even larger order next year.

Giant Food Stores has been a mixed bag for me, oscillating between highs and lows, yet their Giant Direct service stands out as a highlight. The convenience of online grocery ordering coupled with the seamless curbside pickup has been a game-changer, respecting my time and schedule. While there have been minor hiccups, such as the occasional damaged or expired item, their customer service has been prompt and responsive, offering refunds with no hassle. This issue, while inconvenient, particularly when it pertains to essential recipe ingredients, has been infrequent and managed well enough not to detract from the overall positive experience. Additionally, the app's exclusive deals add to the value proposition. What truly rounds out Giant Direct's service is the amiable and approachable staff, who contribute significantly to its time-saving benefits. Overall, Giant Direct has earned my appreciation for its efficiency and customer-centric approach.

I haven't been to a Giant food in years.. the upgrades are nice. The olive bar is fresh, hot food wasn't so hot. Deli has boars head. Fresh seafood selection was on point.. and if you so happen to see a robot roll up on you, don't freak out, well at least not out loud.. lol. It's about 6 ft tall on wheels..

Great discount section, great stock of pet food, does not often share the same discounts as the Easton Ave location but it's always well stocked and the staff is always helpful and courteous.
Plus you have the linden walmart here, and the Home Depot is surprisingly fantastic. The

This store was a joy to shop in. We normally use the Wind Gap store. Maybe we will drive the extra distance just to shop at this one. Very clean, well stocked, meats and produce looked very fresh.

From New Jersey so had to get our bearings when we walked in the store in Bethlehem. Store was clean and we found our items, checkout was a breeze and was great to have a cashier to do that job for us and getting a plastic bag to carry grocery out in was a pleasure.

As an avid supporter of local commerce... I tend to do my home shopping here... Its Convenient, affordable, quick and customer service is great!!!

My family called To ask if there was anymore small trees out front of the store, a nice woman picked up and right away no hesitation went to check if there were trees. She came back and told us there were about a dozen so we headed over to grab one and we went into the store and was soon greeted By ANN who asked if she talked to us on the phone earlier and she asked us to come right up to the costumer service to check us out personally. She was wonderful over the phone and in person I highly recommend this store and I recommend you give a shout-out to Ann for giving us such an amazing experience I hope you have a merry Christmas Ann from my family to yours !

On Christmas Eve I purchased a $100 gift card as a gift for my daughter. A few weeks after Christmas, we tried to use the card and it was not activated. I returned to the store, the customer service desk researched through my bonus card to find the transaction from Christmas Eve. They refunded me the money for the gift card and also gave me another $100 gift card for my troubles. Way to go Giant.

I love going to giant. I can shop or place an order and they shop for me, bring it out and put it in my car. Prices are reasonable
