Wow!!! A friend told me to come here because they have the best croissants and bread in the valley. I got a croissant to try on her recommendation even though I don't really like croissants and would never choose to eat them (case in point: I've been to Italy and turned my nose at the croissants there because I didn't want them!!). Well let me tell you I freaking demolished this cruffin and loved every second of it. Wholehearted regret is all I feel as I've now opened Pandora's box of baked goods. Very much looking forward to returning.

The best bakery in the Lehigh Valley. Their cruffins are perhaps the best things I have ever eaten and their bread is delicious. This is my first stop for festive bread and pastries.

Always super helpful and friendly. All the items have been delicious. Highly recommend the frozen roasted onion garlic mozzarella bread, any of their cruffins and the tomato pie. Top notch. Owner has always been friendly.

Hands down the best bakery in the area! Their raspberry danish is amazingly good. Unfortunately, very limited seating options, so plan to order to go.

Always fantastic. Anything with Bacon is extra amazing. I love making French Toast from their Raisin Bread!

The service is perfect, the food is excellent. Croissant is flaky deliciousness, the pastries are divine, and the bread is so fresh! Highly Recommend

The sourdough... You can taste the sour their starter is that good... With butter, wonderful...
Flakiest pastry dough... Be sure to ready it over a plate,table, or outdoors for the birds... It's that flaky...

I’ve been searching for a great, authentic bakery and finally found one! The pastries are flaky, fluffy goodness and their fresh bread is the best around. Also had the almond/raspberry galette which was delicious.

I started buying baked goods here because they have a stand at the Bethlehem Farmers Market at Lehigh University every Thursday. Everything I've tried so far has been out of this world. I'm a lover of breads, pastries, cakes, etc., so I really appreciate the baker's attention to detail. The foccaccia and brioche taste like something one might buy in a European market. Today I had a glazed danish that was so flaky and buttery it was croissant-like (and another winner). I'm looking forward to trying the Flour Shop's Moravian sugar cake soon. It looked delicious. Thank you!

I went here for my first and second time today. I went with my wife just on a whim. We got a few things and tried them in the car. I immediately went back inside to purchase more items. Everything we had was amazing. I have never had olive rolls so tasty. Try everything here even if the combination isn’t something you would typically think works, because it does work. The atmosphere was really nice too, Grateful Dead was playing in the background.

Best bakery around. That’s all that really needs to be said, but alas… I’ll say more:

We have never had something from The Flour Shop we didn’t enjoy. My personal favorites are their cheese danishes and fashnachts (on Shrove Tuesday). The whole family enjoys their sourdough as well, and there are always fun new bread types to try.

This is the first time I ordered bread (online) from the Flour Shop in Bethlehem, PA.
I bought 6 loaves because I wanted to try as many as I could at once. I am so pleased! The breads are fantastic. On the drive home my car smelled of wonderful, fresh baked bread. First thing I did when I got home was to have a slice of each one. I'm hooked. I know where I will be buying my breads from now on. I am very happy I found this bakery.

I ordered the 8" Raspberry White Chocolate Charlotte cake for a party this past Saturday. In a word: UNBELIEVABLE. It was one of the most delicious cakes I've ever eaten, and I'm not a big dessert eater. It was a pretty tall round cake, beautifully decorated. The cake itself was extremely moist and very flavorful. High quality ingredients in this cake. No strange flavors from the colored icing or after taste at all from any bite of this heavenly confection. No skimping on the filling, nice thick layer of rich white chocolate custard. The whole raspberries in the filling were big, plump, and tart. The icing was smooth, fluffy, and delicious. Neither the icing nor the cake were sickening sweet, just very rich. This 8" cake served 25 people easily with a piece left over. Perfect cake for any occasion.

We have a family tradition to stop here Saturday mornings. Awesome little bakery! Try the savory goods, they're every bit as wonderful as the sweets! And if you want to try a local specialty, try Moravian sugar cake!

Our cake was simply the best cake I have ever tasted. They did a great job! They gave us a nice cake tasting and made special recipes that fit our style. Our cake was not fondant and therefore was all buttercream icing on the outside. We had lace designs on it that were very nice. Now, I know without fondant, it is harder to make nice elegant and precise work. Our cake was beautiful. The lace patterns were not the best I have ever seen on a non-fondant cake, however they were very pretty. The taste and moisture of the cake was 5 out of 5 stars. The pretty-ness was 4 out 5.
The only other issue was that the person in charge of our cake was difficult to get a hold of sometimes, but it all worked out in the end.

I would definitely recommend The Flour Shop, and if I had to do it all over again, I would certainly choose them again.

I saw their cute business cards in an escape room and decided to check them out. Since then, I always try to stop in and I'm slowly making way through their offerings 1 item at a time to find my favorite. It's going to be hard, because everything I've tried so far has been amazing!

I love the assortment, but make sure to get there early. Also, the GF bread is not vegan, so be careful if that's what you need. Not sure if they do any custom bread orders. Overall great place, good food.

So glad that The Flour Shop is a vendor at the Lansdale Farmers Market. Everything is delicious. The bacon & gruyere croissant is amazing. Note to the person that commented about the Italian rum cake - you go yo an Italian bakery for that.

First time today. On way home to Easton from Lehigh hospital back way via Macada Rd. Delicious donuts. Will stop after future Dr visits. Want to try the breads too.
