She wants the best for everyone that steps in her store. the amount of comfortability I felt when she was helping me was astronomical. I can not say enough great things about her and how she runs this store. If anyone is in King of Prussia stop by Marmi and ask SPECIFICALLY for JERRI.

Sue, the manager, is fantastic. Several months ago I was looking for shoes for a special occasion and I found a pair there. It was my first time in the store.When I returned to the store she remembered all of the details and helped me to order the right size and get it shipped in time for a fitting. The ordering was taking longer than anticipated and she explained the process as it was happening. Sue is really kind, patient, and attentive. The shoes are perfect and very comfortable.

Wonderful staff! The shoes!!! Oh my the shoes. I can't get enough. They have classic styles, funky styles with high quality. I have tough feet to buy shoes for and this store never disappoints. If you can catch a sale you can really luck out.

Do not buy from this company! You will think you’re getting the greatest deal on the big non-returnable sale, so you will buy the exact size that always fit you for this same exact brand in the past - but when they DON’T fit at all even though the other 2 pairs you bought - same brand - DO fit - and even if you explain this in all fairness that 2 out of 3 pairs fit and the third doesn’t which is just so wrong, they will not listen or take care of you. They dismissed my legit sizing problem, and I was a long term customer. So it’s a dead loss and NO savings overall, I may’s well have paid full price for the 2 pairs I got on sale that do fit me. Soooo I’ll never buy from Marmi/Vanelli again. I’m moving on to other brands that are just as good style and value. I took the time to write this review in order to warn others!
