World Class Vacations by WorldStrides

I have been a long-time (9 years by my count) customer and WCV enthusiast! They have offered reasonably priced, well-planned and life-changing culinary events for students for many years, and I cannot recommend them enough. Rob, Matt, Arielle, Amanda, Brooke, Joleene, Andrew and their ENTIRE staff continuously goes above and beyond for their travel groups. I highly recommend using their services to all teachers looking to have a fun and impactful class/student trip!

I had six culinary arts students compete in Disney’s Cook Around The World Culinary Improv Competition at Epcot’s World Showplace in Orlando, Florida. We worked with Brooke Lauchnor with World Class Vacations by WorldStrides. Much like the Food Network’s show “Chopped”, we had 90 minutes to prepare a main dish and a side using the items from a mystery basket to represent a randomly assigned continent. We opened our mystery basket to find a whole chicken, zucchini, rice, and fresh sage that had to be used in our dish. The continent we were assigned to represent was North America and the students worked together to make Tex-Mex BBQ chicken enchiladas and a zucchini coleslaw. We also met celebrity chef Anne Burrell and chef Mickey Mouse! We truly had an amazing time and can't wait to be back next year!

Our "Cooking Around the World" adventure is the highlight of our Culinary Arts class. The opportunities and experiences that come from this event are more than expected. Our group made great strides in there world, (pun intended) because of this journey.
We are already preparing for next years event and looking forward to opening the doors for a new group of students.

Amazing experience!! Everyone at WorldStrides has been extremely helpful from start to finish of our trip to CATW. The trip worth the time spent planning. Students cannot get this opportunity elsewhere!!

WCV staff are always open to answer my questions whenever I call or email. They are flexible when it comes to requirements my school district has on trips and willing to work to find solutions as they come up. They are also always open suggestions for improvement. I appreciate that they are super organized in their work during the trip, which keeps me calm and able to focus on the experience of my students. I always look forward to working with them (we attend every other year and have been attending for many years).

I would like to apologize to World Class Vacations. I wrote a review that wasn't called for, under frustration and being under informed. I understand there are a lot of moving parts when trying to plan for a group this large and it takes time. I hope moving forward things will go smoother. Please accept my apologies. I hope this will be a once a lifetime vacation for my family and myself.
