This is a super busy location...I have to say the young guy working this evening with the dreads hands down hard worker , he was running circles around his crew, pretty much managing the location, correcting order mistakes,making food,helping with ordered and pushing out take away orders. I didnt catch your name young man but you will definitely be successful in life. DRIVEN MOTIVATED Excellent Customer service skills ! Hope you get pushed up into management.

They’ve been killing it lately, especially when my boy Q is at the drive thru window, I know my service is going to be exceptional. Love the man!

This recently rebuilt Taco Bell is much nicer and better service than the old one!

They are open all night long! After work, I can finally get my preferred tacos and burritos! At that time, their pizza hut menu isn't available, although it is during the day. I'm glad that this site hasn't altered in a long time. identically delicious. same wonderful environment. Always reasonable prices. And their double-stuffed burritos are unbeatable! They are enormous and delectable!

This is the best location in the entire Lehigh Valley. Very friendly courteous fast service, conscientious about vegetarian orders. The staff makes the atmosphere very clean, welcoming, warm, and inviting. We’re very grateful to them for their gracious hospitality.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Staff were nice, the line moved at a perfectly reasonable pace and my burritos were super fat. People need to stop being cynical, rude and querulous to fast food workers and maybe how you treat/talk to them will be more accurately reflected in the quality of your order 🐸☕

They are open until midnight! I finally can grab my favorite tacos and burritos after work! Their pizza hut menue isn't available at that time, but it is available during the day time. This place hasn't changed in many years and I am grateful. Same great taste. Same great atmosphere. Always great pricing. And nothing beats there double stuffed burritos! They are huge and delicious!

This is right by my work. I've been going here for a year (2021-22) and the drive through ladies are the SWEETEST. Every time I go they're friendly and quick. Normally I don't rate businesses by employees, but there have been so many different girls at the window and they're ALL so nice. Gotta give extra props to this Taco Bell

Don’t normally leave reviews on fast food joints but Serenity is the most sweetest individual I’ve ever met working at a fast food restaurant. What a joy to go through a Drive thru… literally one of the main reasons I come back to this specific location

Today is opening day! Bright and beautiful new building. This goes extra miles compared to the old and tired. Building. The staff is better already too!

Just got some Taco Bell from this location. There appeared to be tons of grubhub orders going on, so there was a small
Wait. 1. I don’t care if there’s a wait at Taco Bell I love it so I’m more than happy to wait. 2. The supervisor who was on greeted us and apologized for the wait. He was SO professional and kind, he communicated the details of the wait so well. It’s only a few minutes till close but he offered to make us the item we were trying to order, which would take about ten minutes, we opted to order something else, but these days so many places just close a bit early or let themselves run out of stuff and are rude. The offer was above and beyond and the experience was so good. He should get a raise. He made this one of the only pleasant fast food Experiences we’ve had in ages. Thank you!

The night crew at this location is the best! You can tell when people actually try and they do!

I get it, it's Taco Bell. This location is always staffed by really nice, courteous people. Food has never been wrong in all the times I've gone, and they get people in and out. They have service you can appreciate, even for being a chain fast food restaurant.

The most amazing staff ever! Taco Bell is my favorite but I only have it once in awhile! I never expected to be treated so nice! They were polite helpful and for a older building it was very clean! Very happy going there! Will definitely return!

This taco bell place is usually not crowded, though the drive-through can be long during certain times. The people that work there is nice and so far, I've had good service. The food is the same as other taco bells, good for the price.

Never seen to have a problem, drive thru isn’t super fast but it is fast enough. Food always fresh and good. Staff are friendly. Not sure why they wanna close this and open a new one next year, why not remodel this location instead.
