This store easily has the best customer service in the city. Nowadays it is so difficult to find salespeople who are knowledgeable, are genuinely kind, and aren’t too pushy. This store has all 3 of those. My husband and I went there for some formal wear for a family funeral and the saleswoman helping us was one of the kindest people in the area and didn’t rush us in the process while finding the perfect outfits. She even looked up the weather on her phone to ensure we got outfits to match what the weather will be like to ensure we were comfortable in our outfits. I mean, that level of service is simply unequalled in this area and came as a wonderful surprise. I would recommend this store to anyone. While you’re paying a few dollars more than the big box stores, you’re getting better quality clothes not to mention the customer service and expertise are well worth the trip.

Jackie, the store Manager, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She makes shopping for clothes easy with her personality and good suggestions. She is knowledgeable and makes your fell welcomed.

Purchased suit separates for my son for a wedding. The store was clean and organized and the staff was knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Earned a customer for life as long as the experience stays the same!!

I knew I’d lost weight, just didn’t realize how much, so I went in thinking one thing & discovered another - thanks to Jackie.

She’s amazing at what she does. I gave a basic idea of what I wanted - I was after a whole new look and a closet full of it - and Jackie worked her magic so well. She offers fashion knowledge along with suggestions - which you should definitely consider - but never pushy like some other stores, and she is super friendly. I have never had such a good time shopping.

There is a lot of nice things to find, and Jackie will help you with the style you want - don’t go in and just buy something, ask her to be your guide, you won’t regret it.

This store is amazing. The manager Jackie is so polite and helpful. She knows her customers and what they are interested in. She is great at helping you put together nice outfits. Her non-pressure method of sales actually helps her make even better sales. Customers respond to that. She makes suggestions but never pressures you. She is a true gem.

Absolutely amazing experience, Jackie and Fred were angels. The customer service my fiance and I experienced is the type to make you want to foster a life long freidnship. They made us feel right at home, were knowledgeable of the merchandise and extremely helpful with our selections. If there were a way to give them 10 stars I would! We are extremely gratefull to have had such wonderful people helping us.

Associates were very friendly and helping. I ended up purchasing a hoodie for $40 that was a great fit and long enough that it doesn't need to be pulled down past my waist. The cashier signed me up for an account and I received a voucher for $20 off my next purchase of $100 or more.

Casual Male XL outlets always have good service in my experience, but this one stood out! The woman working there yesterday (as of this review) was amazing, friendly, and never made me feel awkward or unwelcome.

The clothing, while a tad pricey, is still very high quality and in good taste. I love this chain and the brands it carries. As an obese man with a woman's butt and thighs, it's very very hard to find clothes that actually fit. I cannot recommend this chain enough, and this location is great.

Absolutely worth the two hour plus drive from the Elmira, NY area! So definitely worth it for the local area too.
