Purchased a new home and sold our old home with Dan. He's awesome in all facets. He's professional, prepared, honest, and meticulous. Our home buying and selling process revealed quite a few duds through our interactions with other buyers and sellers and Dan stood out in that community. Through the purchasing and selling of many properties, we have met many realtors in our lives. Dan Huber is the best realtor we’ve had so far. Last December, we decided to sell our home in PA and move to NC. We invited a few realtors to give us a market analysis of our home and their commissions. We chose Dan not only because he gave a thorough comparative market analysis but he asked for less commission than the other realtors. Though Dan worked for less commission, he didn't lessen his work. He hired a professional photographer to take photos and a bird's eye view of the house. The house was listed for sale from March to September, he asked the photographer to take some updated photos due to season changes. Dan hired another photographer after we had some argument with the previous photographer. We accepted an offer in September, Dan negotiated with the buyer agent back and forth and guided us through actions that needed to be taken to close the deal.

Everything went smoothly until the moving date. We didn't do thorough research for the movers as we did for our realtors. We took a church friend's word and recommendation and hired a bad moving company. The boss of the moving company we hired didn't offer the service he promised. Based on the contract, he said he’d use two tractor-trailers and 7 laborers to load our 5000-square-foot home in 2 days. On the day they arrived to begin, the movers told us that something went wrong with the 2 tractor-trailers and instead rented two 26-foot box trucks. They loaded our stuff for 2 days, and there were still tons of stuff left to go with just a few short hours to closing. When we told Dan what had happened and we needed to change the closing date, Dan said let's keep the date but change the time from morning to afternoon. Not only did Dan keep communicating with the buyer agents and closing attorney, but he came to help load our stuff onto a third “20”-foot truck on the closing date which was nowhere near the size truck that we needed. There was still a shed full of stuff including a huge zero-turn riding lawn mower that couldn't fit into the third truck. Dan worked another deal for us with the buyer agent and the closing attorney, so we could still close on the afternoon of the closing date. The deal was moving all our stuff out of the shed before noon of the next day with a deposit. Dan contacted a rental truck company for us and we picked up the rental truck after leaving the closing attorney's office. Dan helped the movers work until 8 pm to upload our stuff from the shed to the fourth U-Haul truck that we rented in the afternoon.
During the process of selling our home, Dan was always calm and eased a lot of situations. He was incredible in helping us at the closing date. He made an impossible closing possible. We knew that we hired a nightmare moving company, but we hired the right person to sell our house.

We had very pleasant experience selling with Dan Huber. Given so many realtors, we are very glad with our decision of hiring Dan. He showed up to evaluate our home on the day we contacted him and provided us the evaluation report right away. He has an in-depth knowledge of the property market at Lehigh Valley and very professional. We are very pleased with the service and advice he provided. He listed our property very quick as we requested and we received multiple offers after listing the property in two days. The whole closing process was very smooth and worry-free.
