Very nice Doctor !
I was very nervous to visit a new office but I was very pleased after I was seen by Dr. Miller this is my second visit. I got fillings done by her an was a very pleasant experience she was patient as well as the dental assistant, my daughter also got fillings done on her front teeth due to an accident Dr. Miller did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this office.

Doctor was very professional and treated me well and there was no discomfort or pain during the procedure.

Dr. Hunt in pediatrics is a great doctor for children. Highly recommend him!

Just went there yesterday for a check up n my teeth to b cleaned. The girl that did my teeth needs her own office. She did a awesome job on my mouth I couldn't b any more happier than that. From the time I step foot n the place the front girl was just sweet. But if I moved I would always make my appointments here. Thks guys for keeping up with my smile!

This is definitely the most unprofessional experience I've had with a dentist office ever. My son has been going to this facility for 3 years. They have had to reschedule appointments in the past which is an inconvenience since they only have a pediatric dentist on site on Tuesdays in the morning and my wife or I have to take off from work to accommodate this limited schedule.

On his last visit in January they scheduled a 6 month visit for 7/16/19 at 9:00 AM. On 7/16/19 I arrived to the office with my son and found that no one was there at 9:00 AM and the doors were locked. A paper sign on the front door stated they opened at 9:00 AM for pediatric visits. I called the office's phone number and the rep who answered was not located at the building and told me the following.

1.) The office is not open today
2.) They do not offer pediatric services

My son has had multiple visits with a pediatric dentist there. If they no longer offer pediatric services why didn't I receive a call stating that our appointment will need to be canceled? Why does the sign on the front door of the office state that they open on Tuesdays at 9:00 for pediatric visits? The staff at this office clearly doesn't care about their patients, which is a horrible trait for people in the business of caring for individual's health.

I called for an emergency visit, my tooth and chipped and i was in extreme pain. the receptionist says the earliest appointment is a month later, after i explained to her what the situation was. She proceeded to tell me that i already have an appointment scheduled in a month and should just wait until then. This is my regular dentist and cannot believe the attitude i was given. Will not going back there again.

I was originally tempted to not even leave this review... Since I have to give them at least one star to do so...

This place should be investigated for fraud... They are not a dental office... No dental work is done here... At least not in the 4 trips my fiancee made to their office

Dealing with this office for 4 months was a horrible experience! They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Many staff members are incompetent. They messed up my x-rays and never properly submitted correct forms to my insurance. I switched to SmileKrafters and they are sooooooo much better!!! The facility itself is dirty and dingy, I.should have walked out as soon as I saw their nasty waiting room. Do yourself a favor and pick another place to go... Anywhere but this place!

This office is the most unorganized, most laziest group of individuals I have seen in a medical establishment in a long time...Equipment is old and out dated, office is dusty and grimy, receptionist and office workers are rude, clueless, and slow...They are always understaffed or someone’s always calling off...On one occasion I was contacted while sitting outside the office trying to get in only to be told my appointment was cancelled due to someone not showing up...Another occasion my paperwork that I had left for my daughters school was misplaced and they could not find it...On certain days the office is used by an outside office and it’s just a mess..Do me a favor don’t waste your time, hard earned cash, or your insurers money...They really need a break to regroup and reorganize as well as work on their attitude and how to deal with customers...The Dentist as well as the Hygienist is OK and knowledgeable but not fantastic. I feel as though my teeth in the back weren’t cleaned as well as the ones in the front the job was decent but lazy...Overall I would not recommend this office...I left and took my children and I to SmileKrafters near Cedar Crest...I just called this office today to schedule my last appointment for a cleaning and they told me there are no available dates at the time, that they would have someone get in contact with me...SMH...Saddest excuse for a dental office ever...Do me a favor stop sending me visit reminders my children and I will no longer be patronizing your establishment...

Just called to ask about my insurance company (if they accept it) and they had me waiting for like 25 minutes in the call, then they just hang up on me. So disrespectful.
