Burger King

Had a really pleasant experience at this Burger King today! I dined inside and I got chicken fries, french fries, mozzarella sticks, and a drink. The food was very warm and fresh. The staff was very friendly and attentive and seemed like they really enjoyed their job. The manager Preston was very helpful and patient with me as I was having trouble using my app, he took time to explain how it works and made sure I understood what I was doing. The store (including the restrooms) were pretty much spotless, which is rare to see in a fast food restaurant in my experience. I would definitely come back to this location next time I’m in the area. 10/10!

Unfortunately, due to a poorly managed federal government, the inflation has hit all of the fast food restaurants. Prices keep me away from most.

Even though they were short staffed the crew were still very polite . The tall guy who was making the sandwiches was polite as well.

Went with my family. The food tasted really good and fresh. The service was good as well.

Was in and out in no time food was good.
Plenty of parking and and good prices.

I went here yesterday and i ordered 2 things (one for there, one for later), the bacon swiss chicken sandwich (number 9) and the spicy chicken sandwich (number 8). Apparently, me ordering the spicy chicken sandwich, somehow confused the employee and meant that i got an item that WASN'T ON THE MENU. That item, which wasn't on the menu, i dub thee "The Spicy Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich". Yup I accidentally got an item that NEVER existed. Because as far as i know, you can only get the standard bacon swiss sandwich. There's not a spicy one available. And yet, i somehow said item that doesn't exist. Going onto the taste on the non available item, the spice on what i call the "Spicy Bacon Swiss" was somehow more potent and strong than on the regular spicy one. Which as a person who likes spice, i wasnt expecting. Was pleasantly surprised by texture, taste, and feel of it. Below you'll see i few things i call upsides and downsides.
Upsides:
- Accidentally got a nonexistent item from menu, which said item was tasty
- Made me feel like i got the Mona Lisa of food
- Spice was stronger and more potent
- Was damn good
- The nonexistent "Spicy Bacon Swiss" should be on the menu
- It was tastier.
Downsides:
- An employee made a mistake, and unfortunately it'll only ever happen once :(
- Since this wasn't on the menu and was an employee accident i cant say "go and try it" because it literally DOES NOT exist on the menu.

I had a really bad experience today at a Wendy's. I decided to go to Burger King on Kidder St in Wilkes Barre instead. I would like to thank management and all employees at this Burger King. I went through the drive-tnru and ordered. They are all respectful and professional. All in all it was a great experience and I felt much better after my experience earlier in the day. So thanks again. I will definitely recommend going to this Burger King to everyone I know.

Clean! There is no leftover trash on the tables. The employees were fast to help you. Some places you have to wait on them to finish talking to their coworkers. Not here. She stopped her conversation and was ready to take my order Pronto. The food (whopper meal) was just as it should be.

This is my go-to Bruger King in the area of Wilkes-Barre, PA. I use the BK app whenever I order to ensure good deals, albeit in the drive-thru the signal can suck (be prepared to have a coupon code ready before entering the drive-thru). This Burger King also accepts Student Discounts for college students which is very budget friendly and a great perk of this location. The service can be a bit slow at times due to staffing, but they still do an adequate job. The food is pretty good for Burger King. All in all, I'd recommend this Bruger King.

Yes I was at Burger King once again and once again they need to check your hearing aids I would gladly buy them hearing aid batteries because nobody knows how to make a burger anymore you tell them one thing they do another it's a consistent thing. Also I thought it was against the law or maybe it should be some kind of law of health code or something when you see a worker back there chewing on something and he's making a shake or ice cream or something for somebody and drop something on the floor from the machine and guess what I found him picking it up off the floor and putting it back on the machine without making sure it was cleaned what a disgrace I highly suggest not going to this restaurant again until after the health inspector comes through I think that he would find or she would find it's very interesting. Another thing is it so hard to make sure that food is fresh when it gets to you I mean come on how long does it take to really make a fresh chicken sandwich and have it be hot when you eat it or even fries I can't even get fresh fries anymore and it's not only a dislocation it seems to be at every location I've been at. It doesn't matter whether it's Burger King or their competitor. Just Sell Fresh Food!!!

This BK is one of my favorites in the whole country. It's this perfect little building tucked back from the highway with very nice landscaping, and impeccably clean parking lot. A great place to get off the highway rest, and eat some burgers.

Food was mediocre, however the reason for the 5 stars is that the staff that was working today was absolutely amazing! An older gentleman was coming into the building I helped by holding the door for him, then after he ordered the staff helped take his food to a table and even got his drink! You guys were amazing, good job!!

Don't know, I'm home now. Service was fast, they were busy. Bacon cheeseburger was great! Bought 4, each was small, but for $1 can't beat it!!

I had a free impossible whopper from the tmobile app which was downloaded off the Google play store and it was the best experience on my galaxy s10 plus phone.The impossible whopper is a veggie burger but tastes exactly like a whopper you cant taste the difference honestly. Restaurant was very clean everyone was professional and very friendly.

Use old coupons and they work. You can get salad, rodeo burger, onion rings, fries, whoppers, chicken sandwiches, and They have french toast, pancakes, croissants w/ blackforest ham and eggs, much more. There's at least 1 child seat.The works are nice.

Never had an issue here, always have everything for the order, line always moves fast and efficiently and people are always nice! Inside is usually pretty clean

Burger Kings in this area dominate over McDs when it comes to quality, service, overall experience . I used to prefer McDs, but since moving here, they're all disgusting, and BKs are all consistent in quality and service.
