Great ice cream. We got the seasonal Halloween sundaes and really enjoyed them. However you should be aware that they are cash only and a bit pricy. We paid $18 for two sundaes. They have cheaper options of course but we wanted the speciality ones.

Strawberry shortcake sundae was perfectly delicious. My husband and son had the tropical sundaes. They said it was the best they'd ever had. We're definitely going back

Super reasonable prices, gigantic menu with both desserts and hot food made to order, and a location that can’t be beat. Beautiful relaxing setting, sitting along a creek, on a quiet backroad.

Whenever I’m in town, I make it a point to stop by here. So many great memories.

The weekly specials in ice cream flavors will keep you coming back again and again all season long! Lots of other fun things on the menu too, and even some treats for your k9 friend! I also very much enjoy the location of this place, you can drive a mile or so down the way and sit and enjoy your treats in the most serene natural environment next to the gushing stream. Just awesome!

Stopped in on this rainy September Sunday after a long day fishing nearby w my Brother in law. Excellent food and friendly staff. Highly recommended

The lady behind the counter was very friendly and pleasant. Ice cream prices are up, but that's pretty much everyone! Maureen's is always a great place to go for ice cream or some good hotdogs!!

Maureen's is a great roadside drive-in. The food (hot dogs, cheesesteaks, burgers, etc.) and ice cream are delicious. They always have different flavors of the week and offer a sizeable array of items. Prices are incredibly reasonable too, and while at times the food can take a bit to be prepared it's worth the wait. There's a reason this place has been in business for such a long time.

Excellent snacks and ice cream. The location is great for a hot day because the creek running down the mountain passes right by it. A local treasure for years worth checking out.

I've never been disappointed here. They have different creations are a regular basis, portions are large and the outdoor seating is next to the river. Great place to stop for cooling off

Good ice cream, special was blueberry soft/twist. Always stop here when in the area. They've been here for years. It's like a tradition. Lots of choices in flavors & things to order. Also sell food. Parking is tight but they do have a parking lot.

Maureens is a staple in the area and deserves recognition for some of the beat soft serve ever! Not sure why it's so much better but the flavor of this ice cream takes me back to my childhood.

Kids love their icecream and prices are reasonable for the amount you get.

We were traveling from out of state and chose to stop here and have some icecream. We were not disappointed at all. Great service and great icecream. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area for some of the food they serve.

Great place to stop and get some ice cream or maybe even a quick bite! We stopped by today on a recommendation from a friend and I got their strawberry shortcake sundae and my boyfriend got the brownie sundae. We also got their italian sausage hoagies and an order of chicken tenders. The ice cream was FANTASTIC, their chicken tenders were cooked to a perfect golden color and we're delicious (especially dipped in the honey mustard). Personally I was not a fan of the italian sausage hoagie, the marinara threw it off for me but my boyfriend enjoyed his.

Year in and year out the countdown comes into play for when Maureen's will open for the season. Best chili dogs in the area! Always great service, smiling faces, good prices, and great tasting food! Summertime traditions start at Maureen's Cones & More.

Delightful time with my babies. And the prices were reasonable. You can sit and you have a beautiful view of the creek.

Best place in Luzerne County for Ice cream.. Been going here ever since I was a kid and took mine hear and still love stopping for a twist cone before I go on my nature walk

Picturesque picnic area to sit in they have apple dumplings great ice cream one miss they don't carry wet walnuts otherwise a great place to take your family and friends
