Stromberg's Chicks & Game Birds - Pennsylvania

Customer service was PHENOMENAL. I was looking for a certain type of poultry netting and it wasn’t in the store, but it was in the warehouse next door. All the warehouse people left for the day but the two girls worked to find exactly what I needed and brought it out for me. Super friendly and easy to talk to people. Also, it has EVERYTHING you’ll need for chicks and chickens. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I've had great experiences with stromburgs. Did we have a rocky start a little but it was something beyond their control and they made good on it. The staff is friendly remembers who you are. the chicks and goslings I've gotten are in good health they truly care about the animals in their care. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Had great experiences here. All chicks that I purchased are doing well. The staff were all very knowledgeable and eager to share that knowledge with a newbie.

Just go to a local store or mill. Order was half canceled 3 weeks after order. Then a week and few days later it was all canceled. This was all after i ordered as soon as they were listed available on the site. To many foxes in their hen house.

Awaful place I ordered 30 Guineas most were dead on arrival.
The rest died the next day. Contacted them repeatedly. No response.
Never again from this place. Terrible customer service. And the poor chicks

I bought a $1,400 incubator with a button improperly working. Things happen I get that. It took 5 weeks, a lot of calls, and emails to resolve. Customer service is awful.

I would rate zero stars if I could!!! I ordered hatching eggs, which the website states or usually ship "within 2 days". After four days I emailed customer service and never received an email back!!!! That garbage service!! After no response I called customer service to be told they couldn't give me an estimate on shipment. Immediately asked for a refund as they have no communication with the customer. Just use another facility with good service like cackle hatchery or myers hatchery. Stromberg....get it togethor!!

I ordered 15 ducklings on 4/20/2021. I tried calling after a few days to get information on anticipated ship date and was told they couldn't help and to look out for an email. Received an email on 4/26/2021 letting me know my ship date would be 05/11/2021. At 1:28PM on 05/11/2021 I got a call from Stromberg's saying they had to push the ship date back to 06/08/2021. The representative who called me was incredibly rude. Will never order from them again.

I made an order on 25 chicks in mid march and I called before to get an estimate time of delivery and they said it doesnt take that long .... and after a week I got email that I won't receive them till October 1st . And I live in a cold climate area in pa . So I called to complain about but they didnt care and still charged me 10 dollars cancelation fee .b aaad company . If I get them in october then I have to leave them under the heat till February....its crazy they are rip off
