Very satisfied with the work Tyler and his apprentice did in replacing the pipe that was leaking right before my inside shutoff valve. Not an easy job cutting a pipe that has 60 pounds of pressure and crimping it on the fly!

Great experience with this company. They were very responsive and timely. Dan showed us and explained everything well and fixed a laundry list of items quickly and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again if the need arises and would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a big problem with our plumbing, the toilet was backing up! Roger Ross plumbing came out right away and diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me and fixed it quickly. Oscar and his crew were so professional and kept me informed of the progress, they took care of the issue and got the water back on promptly. These guys are really nice and do a quality job for a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Not only the most competent, the fastest, and the most reasonably priced service I've received from a plumbing company in a very long time. But all of this company, all the way from the service desk to its technicians, is also manned by the most personable, sweetest, most polished and most respectful people ever. After a plumbing disaster that involved sewage leaking through my son's ceiling light fixture (!!!), I called Roger Ross in the middle of the night and he sent Dan V. over first thing in the morning to identify the source of the leak. Once the source was identified, Dan clearly explained the cause of the problem to me in understandable language (and even drew a picture of the internal pipes in question!) so that I knew exactly what was happening and what my options were for moving forward. He encouraged me to make the choice that was best for me, and after getting two other estimates from other plumbers, it was clear that Roger Ross offered the best price. Dan immediately returned to complete the repair, was incredibly pleasant to work with, communicated clearly each step of the way, and was able to remove the existing cracked pipe with minimal damage to the adjacent walls. The other plumbers said they would need to open up walls on two floors to access and remove the pipe, but Dan carefully worked to be able to do so from a single entrance, which will reduce the follow-up costs of repairs. I am so, so grateful. Dan was professional, kind, and communicative-- AND did excellent work. Highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler from Roger Ross Plumbing. I had clogged pipes and needed new pipes and hadn't been able to use my sink in the kitchen for about 5 months. Now I am able to use my kitchen sink. I would highly recommend Roger Ross Plumbing & heating for all your plumbing needs. Mr. Roger is honest and want to make sure you are satisfied with the work they provide. I will definitely use Roger Ross Plumbing in the future.

Great job except they left the cast iron and scraps instead of removing them or at least moving them to the curb. Also when Roger looked at the job we decided that you did not need any 4”PVC. There was a length in the basement already. C could you have the guys remove the old cast iron from the front and back

As a Habitat for Humanity volunteer I know my way around plumbing issues and these folks were spot on. They helped me select the best quality and most economical supplies. They were on time and cleaned up the work area. They leave a place much better than they find it. I am overjoyed that I found a plumbing outfit that I can trust and rely upon for years to come. The office staff is also very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company and I am a tough customer.

Dan was prompt, professional, and the expert for the job. He gave me all scenarios for fixing my leaky cast iron pipes, and took the time to answer my many questions. He and team worked diligently to fix my main leak, as well as other issues that have arisen in my old plumbing. Highly recommend, will be using Dan and Roger Ross services always!

I highly recommend Rodger Plumbing. They replaced a broken pipe that was behind a tiled wall, (you can't tell the tiles had been removed). They have uncloged drains, cleaned gas heaters and repaired garbage disposals in my home and rental properties. Rodger Plumbing service is second to none. I was impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, punctuality, and customer service.
