I highly recommend asking for Donny! He had me verified and helped me get a great insurance quote in a reasonable amount of time! The environment in the office is friendly and warm and Donny really helps by bringing his friendly attitude and smile while helping!

They went out of their way to help us get approved. They even took us up to AAA to get a new ID made. Helped hook us up with an insurance policy. They had a great selection of vehicles and had great services. The salesman was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail. My experience was exceptional. My appointment was at 8am and I was greeted and received my service promptly at 8am. Service was conducted in a timely manner. I was told the cost before my service and I felt that that was very thoughtful. My air conditioning in my car is working wonderfully. The service gentleman was very knowledgeable as well. I will always go to them for my car needs! Prices are very reasonable too. They get a 10+ in my book all I can say is keep up the great work!

I had my oil changed today in my dodge nitro and again I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. They always are able to get me right in and out so quickly, even when I show up a bit early. They make sure to park my car right by the door for me when I leave. They also work as a team which makes it a lot quicker as well. Thank you to everyone who works there for your help today.

My truck took a dump on me and it put us in a rough situation....needed to bite the bullet and get a new car..tim called me and we set up an appointment..they came through and got us approved and put us in what I can honestly say was the nicest car on the lot...we love our Ford fusion!!!!!! He was accommodating and friendly through the whole process..even though they were short staffed they took care of every person that walked through the door...I see reviews of people being treated rudely and not being satisfied with their visit...I can't imagine that kind of experience happening at this location..do yourself a favor and go to see tim and Donny at hermitage!!!!!
