I had a great experience here with Dr. Snyder. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Snyder was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed at all, she took her time to really get to know me and my health. They also are very into making healthy lifestyle and diet changes and set me up to see a dietician for free! I would recommend this office :-)

Dr.Thompson, Valorie Dunch and the staff are the best. They always listen, solve, refer if they can't treat and compassionate to their patients. No matter the situation, you are treated as an individual, with respect and not as a number or as data/group of people in a book. I always feel better when I have an office visit, tele-medicine visit or email.

I have only ever had a negative experience at this office. They constant miss diagnosed me and my family members. When I informed them I was having migraines with aura, I was told to do simple neck exercises and was given a type of birth control that could have cause me to have a stroke with my migraines. The doctor said since I was 16 that it was all in my head and that I didn't know what an actual migraine was. Even though there is a history of migraines in my family, and I was later diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Aside from the many miss diagnoses of myself, they also seen my father for an appointment several times and kept telling him he had bronchitis, 3 months later we found out he was actually dying of leukemia and died a 2 years later. Had he been diagnosed properly and in an efficient time frame, he might still be alive and with us today. I do not have faith in the doctors at this facility.

I made an appointment and they refused to see me for 6 months. After waiting all that time I go in and they said the appointment was canceled. I never called them. They are incompetent. If they can't handle setting up an appointment, then I certainly can't trust them with my health.

Went for an appointment told her I needed my medication filled thru her office and was ok with that, but when I called later looking for it I was told I needed to make another appointment to get it. During a pandemic doctors should not be price gouging.
