The Station at Willow Grove Apartments

I have to say, living here at the station has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance is optimal and always there whenever an issue arises and work around your personal schedule. The complex is very clean and amenities are always available for use. The front desk staff are always very kind and are extremely friendly whenever I see them during the day. I highly recommend the station at Willow Grove as an amazing a place to live!

This place is kept clean. They have cleaners everyday which is something I very much appreciate. The staff is always available to give a helping hand or help you out with any concerns. Everyone is very friendly. There’s lots of amenities pool, grills, tasting room to have people gather for anytime you want to host or entertain, gym, theatre, work space, lounge areas, big screen tv’s. The apartments are very nice and spacious. There’s events planned for the community like bbqs, ice cream, quizzo. They have a book club every month. Food trucks come to the building often. Walking distance to mall, and a few places right across the street like giant and wawa. They keep up with fire safety regulations. The building is pretty secure and safe. I never wanted to rent but moving here I feel was the best decision I could of made for rent.

I just moved to this area from Central PA, and I couldn’t have chose a better place to live! Station at Willow Grove has amazing amenities, and takes the time to make sure every single resident is happy. Every time I have an issue or concern, I email the leasing office, and they get back to me within a few hours. The common areas are very clean, and very enjoyable. It’s also right across from the train station, so if you like an easy commute to the city, this is definitely the place to live.

Since it’s right across from the train station and fire house I was concerned that it would be noisy, but turns out I didn’t need to be. It’s very quiet from my apartment and barely hear any of the street traffic. Also, I hardly hear my neighbors, so the walls definitely keep the noise out.

The maintenance staff is also so friendly, I always look forward to seeing them to say hello. They have also been very respectful when they had to come into my apartment. I typically don’t feel comfortable with maintaining coming into my apartment, but with them I have no discomfort.

If I had to recommend anybody looking for a place to rent in this area, I would definitely recommend this place. Its definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in before.

I have lived at The Stations of Willow Grove for over one year and have really enjoyed the apartments, the atmosphere, amenities, and the covered parking. The facility and parking are safe and controlled. The Willow Grove Train Station is right across the street and is super convenient transportation to the city or the airport. I would recommend living at The Stations of Willow Grove.

I have been here for just over two months and couldn’t be happier with everything! The leasing team was great throughout the move-in process and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

The parking garage, common areas, and amenities are all very nice and kept extremely clean. As for the apartment, everything about it has been great! It was very clean at move in and everything they have in the apartment looks very nice!

There were only a couple of items that needed addressed by the maintenance team, and they always came very quick (same day or within 24 hours) to fix the issue.

I saw several people mention noise from the train, but I could count on one hand the number of times I have heard the train from my apartment, so it has not been an issue at all for me.

Overall, I would highly recommend this complex to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a nice place to live! The employees are all great, the apartments and amenities are very nice, and the location is very convenient.

The Station at Willow Grove is beautiful. The staff and maintenance are super friendly and available if you need anything. The lobby is gorgeous and always fresh and spotless. I love my apartment with very up to date style. It’s very spacious with a private balcony that overlooks a beautiful courtyard. Although I have not used any of the amenities yet, they all look amazing, I look forward to using them soon. It is very close to the mall and restaurants. The train station makes it easy and convenient to travel into the city. I definitely recommend checking out ‘The Station at Willow Grove’. You will not be disappointed.

This is 100% the nicest place I've ever lived. You feel like you are living in an upscale resort. The lobby is gorgeous, the fitness facility is well appointed , and the amenities are great. The staff has been amazing throughout the COVID-19 situation, keeping it clean and safe for all of the residents. I love my apartment and the location is perfect for getting anywhere. It's also a very pet friendly community, which was a huge attraction to me. I would really like to shout out to the staff as a whole, leasing, cleaning, maintenance...they work so hard and always friendly to me and my dog. It feels very comfortable here. Highly recommend.

I have lived at The Station for over 6 months and have no issues to report! I love my new apartment - it is bright, beautiful, and spacious. I have never had a reason to call maintenance since everything is brand new, and my only experience with maintenance was when they re-certified our fire extinguishers and checked smoke detectors (I appreciate their commitment to safety). The amenities are beautiful and rarely crowded, and the mail room is a dream come true - you can just take the elevator down to a locked package room to pick up something you ordered on amazon a day ago! It's almost *too* convenient! The leasing staff has been great and very responsive - Ashley is so kind and helpful and knows me by name after only meeting in person a few times. I promise the train noise is nowhere near as bad as everyone is saying - I am a light sleeper and I have NEVER been awoken by train noise, street noise, etc. Overall, 5+/5 stars, this is a great home away from home while I'm in school in the area!

I have had a great experience living here! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The few maintenance issues I had upon moving in were resolved quickly. The amenities are great and everything is always kept clean. The apartments themselves are beautiful - the kitchen and bathroom are spacious and the walls and flooring look great. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

I moved in roughly three months ago, and I've had nothing but an extremely positive experience! The building is kept clean, and the staff and residents are very friendly. Management is quick to respond to inquiries, and the mail area is very organized. The amenities are superb compared to other places I've rented previously. My apartment is beautiful, spacious, and filled with a lot of natural light! I couldn't be happier with my decision to lease here!

UPDATE: I still love this place and location. No regrets on moving here.

Where do I even begin? This place has made the transition so smooth, especially during hard times & through a pandemic. I've recently lost my father so having a fresh start somewhere new would be key to continuing life at its fullest. The Station at Willow Grove was what I expected not only in pictures, but in person. The assistant manager Kelly answered all my emails during the move in process and made it easy enough to make minor changes during the move. The location is only a few blocks away from the mall and the train station to the city is accessible. I've only been here for less than a week and the train does not wake me up as previous posts has mentioned. The hallways, common areas, dog park, gym, and tasting room are such great perks to have moving into this location. The tenants are all so nice and are dog lovers!

Upon receiving my keys, Maggie from the Leasing office was very accommodating when it came to receiving the bell carts, how to access the service elevators, and filling out my move-in forms. She was so great and very easy to talk to, as if I was talking to a friend.

Overall, I highly recommend The Station at Willow Grove if you're wanting a fresh start & want to be away from the city, but also easily accessible. If you're someone who loves a modern cozy feel, high ceilings, and great tenants with pets, then this is the place to be. No one is every noisy and there's so much space to move around within the building. I think I've found a great beginning that will continue to last overtime. Thank you so much!

Been here 3 weeks, and it's beautiful. Nick, Kelly, and Ashley made the moving experience wonderful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and very enjoyable. Moving out of center city was a great choice. The amenities, layout, and appliances are all top notch. Thank you for your help, and making the Station a great place to live. What is there to say except, great place to live! We have been here for over 4 months and have nothing to complain about at all. From the moment we made an appointment with Ashley in the leasing center she made us feel right at home with answering all our questions and making recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The team here at The Station at Willow Grove keeps the building immaculate and go the extra mile with anything you need. Mark from the building team came to look at our AC in the first few days of being here and recommended how to keep the place cooler. The building offers many amenities such as a gym, beverage room and business center while keeping it safe to use during this pandemic. We have a small pet and are delighted with all the amenities offered for him such as waste bags and an area he can run around in. The staff goes above and beyond with bringing people in that fit well in the community. If you are looking for a place to call home this is it! I will be here for a while! Thanks to the whole team at The Station at Willow Grove for everything they do to keep us safe and welcomed!

I moved here with my son who's an existing tenant and we couldn't be any happier. The place is spacious, very clean, and easy enough to get around the common areas. I enjoy living here and I have no complaints. Thank you for being so accommodating to the leasing office team, Ashley & Maggie have been great.

Very nice apartments, management responds to questions/requests very quickly, and maintenance will show up within a couple hours of putting in a request.

My wife and I have really enjoyed living here for the past two months and appreciate all the amenities that come with living here. Having the parking garage has been really nice, and will be great as winter starts to roll around.

The Station at Willow Grove is a great place to live, the community is peaceful but yet it’s so close to the mall! Management is responsive and is always communicating with the residents. I feel very comfortable and safe to live at The Station! The grounds are impeccable and the staff make sure that the hallways, common areas are clean and safe!!

The ladies in the office are always on top of everything and respond back to any questions or concerns in a timely matter. Everyone in the building is very friendly and there's so many friendly animals as well. The central location is amazing and everything is jut a short drive away. And most importantly we love our apartment!

I moved here two months ago from another luxury apartment building. The change in management from my previous building to the Station at Willow Grove is night and day. I always feel welcomed and I can count on management/leasing office/maintenance to be able to assist me with any questions/concerns I may have. I have not had any issue with noise, I do live in an interior courtyard unit which would 100% reduce the noise from the nearby train - I do not hear it at all. When you move into an apartment building you have acknowledge the fact that you are living in close quarters with other residents and expecting your neighbors to be next to silent is unreasonable. It is widely advertised that the train station is near by and that it is a pet friendly complex, this should not come as a surprise to residents upon moving in.

If you would like the experience of living in a higher end apartment building with nice amenities and an overall friendly community, I would recommend moving in.

I also feel the need to comment on the fact that the Station at Willow Grove went out of their way to assist with financial hardship some residents may have experienced during the pandemic - this was an unprecedented and not required act of assistance on their end. This showed me that they want residents to feel that we are living in a community that cares, not just a space we pay to live in.

The Station is a wonderful place to live! The amenities make living here a pleasure, from the outdoor pool to the gym it makes me want to come home everyday! The staff at the Station are very pleasant, which makes it easy to place a work order or just ask a question without feeling like your bothering them. I needed a place to live where I felt comfortable and at ease and that’s exactly what I got at The Station At Willow Grove. I made arrangements for a tour and knew it was the right place for me immediately! First and foremost I feel very secure there. That was on the top of my list. The new construction hosts a plethora of high tech security as well as modern amenities! The staff was the second reason why I picked TSAWG. The staff helped me with any questions I had in a very prompt manner. They are always available and extremely understanding and courteous. The staff definitely makes me feel like I’m home sweet home. Then of course the cherry on the sundae is the gorgeous decor and amenities such as the pool and courtyard. I feel like I’m at a resort!
