Stopped in today to pick up some treats. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The cupcakes, cookies and cappuccino are delicious! A great local family owned business!

I came to this bakery to get a homemade cake for my dad’s birthday that was Eagles themed and they did not disappoint! The service here is amazing! Will be coming again!

My husband and I were spending the night in Manayunk for our 10 year anniversary and needed coffee in the morning. We decided on this place! Thank God we did! The coffee was good and the pantries were absolutely AMAZING!!! We got coffee cake,Boston creme donut and a blueberry muffin! We will definitely be back! The staff was amazing as well.

I've been to Roma a few times to grab pre-made things, but I just got my first custom order (Spidey donuts for a very excited 4 year old) from them and could not be happier. They went above and beyond with the design, they were still really affordable, the kids loved them and several parents asked me for their contact info! I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future and my family has already asked me to bring their mini cannoli to our family reunion in a few weeks.

It is cash only if you're going to visit! I had a wonderful cappuccino and jelly donut! It felt like I was back in time before smart phones, able to relax with a group of people and chat the day away with the pastry and drink! I had a great time and highly recommend a visit. Please take time out of your day for a sweet treat here.

We stumbled on this place by accident during a little wander through the city while attending a wedding weekend. It was fantastic. The friendly staff, delicious pastries, and en pointe espresso made this a highlight of our trip (aside from the family celebrations, of course). Next time we visit the area, we will definitely be back.

The man working behind the counter today was a KING. My friend and I stopped by for the first time and it was really close to closing. I was expecting to just kinda get in, fuel my sugar addiction, and leave. But this guy was LITERALLY. SO. NICE. We had a great conversation with him, and he was even kind enough to offer us two donuts and some cookies on the house. Not only that but those along with everything else we got tasted absolutely immaculateeee 10/10

Other places have Italian cream cakes or as they call it, “ A rum cake”, anywhere from $55-$70 for an 8 inch. Café Roma Bakery has a chocolate and vanilla Italian cream cake 8 inch for $28.50. I know Italian food and a Italian pastries, and this Italian cream cake was definitely worth getting!

I love this place! They are so sweet and lovely. We get donuts here every week as a treat for the family and an assortment when we have family visiting from out of town. Can’t wait to try a cake for special occasion.

I bought a red velvet birthday cake that was incredibly delicious. The entire table was raving. The fellow in the shop was so friendly and cheerful. And he decorated the cake beautifully. Best bakery experience ever!

I had my wedding cake made here and ever since then we've had our celebration cakes made by Café Roma.
A wedding, multiple birthdays, a baby shower and now a first birthday cake.
I included a few pictures of the baby shower cake they made for us. We ordered the accessories (letters, bear, blanket, mushrooms) from etsy and they were seamlessly included in the design.

Cafe Roma is simply the best!! I always seem to come in last minute with a birthday cake request and they always go above and beyond ! On top of being some of the most genuine ppl around. The best cakes ,donuts and cookies around PA and Roxborough

I bought a cheesecake and a chocolate birthday cake. Amazing!! The cheesecake was so so rich and creamy. I love how they wrote happy birthdayv and then a little design on top. The chocolate cake was so good, the flavor of the chocolate was just amazing, my daughter was trying to guess what kind of chocolate it was. This is the 2nd year I got birthday cakes there and will buy from them again next year!!

Cafe Roma has been operating since the early 80’s. They make fantastic doughnuts, pastries, cakes, and coffee/espresso. This place is the opposite of Dunkin Donuts. It’s authentic, has bigger portions, does the basics very well, and has friendly staff. I would continue to give them business and recommend them to friends. Get the jelly donuts.

This is a lovely little bakery with a wide variety of pastries. We finally came here after moving to the area a year ago and we were not disappointed! The person who helped us was very kind and patient in describing each of their items. We will definitely be back!

They created a 2 tiered cake for my daughter's baby shower. It surpassed all expectations in beauty and tasted absolutely delicious. Thank you for making our event memorable! UPDATE! Cafe Roma created the cake for our granddaughter's 1st birthday. Again, it was a beautiful cake that was delicious! Thank you again for being such a fabulous bakery!

So it was my first time going in...I only had my debit card and they are cash only! The fellas working the counter gave me coffee for free which I was not expecting. Good to see nice business owners in this area, it really made my day! Also, there was a fiddle player in here which really added to the experience. Next time I'm taking cash and I really want to try their danish. Cool spot!

Best blueberry muffin I've ever eaten in my life. This bakery definitely lives up to his great reputation. Highly recommend.
