I have used Susie Cleaners for several years. In my opinion they do an excellent job and provide excellent service. They pay close attention to detail and take pride in their work. The quality of their work is their primary goal and it shows whether it’s cleaning clothes or tailoring them. I highly recommend their service. The price is reasonable too.

I have been going to this dry cleaners and tailoring for 4 years. Not only do they do a great job they offer a veterans discount. Superior service dry cleaning back in 2 days or less, discounts, what's not to love.

Had a dress that was big and way to long,did not fit well anywhere .When I picked up did not try it on. Got home and they did a wonderful job. So appreciate a good taylor.

Great place fast service very very very nice people not to expensive Susie's is the only place i let taller my uniforms and even when I am in a rush and need my stuff back asap it's allways no problem come back at 5 today will be done

I recently moved from Allentown to south of the valley and wanted to find a tailor/dry cleaner closer to the new residence. Initially, I was excited about this business based on the reviews. I asked my husband to drop off a coat that needed to have some lining mended and dry cleaned. The job was done satisfactory but the price was significantly higher approx. $40 compared to my past tailor/dry cleaner approx $20. We are going back to our previous dry cleaner in Catasauqua and tailor in Bethlehem.

Charged upfront a regular amount, then up-charged 9% higher when we came back (no rush order either).

I had a suit tailored here. Very nice owner, but way too expensive, and they charged me 20% more than they first quoted when I went to pickup. On top of that, very subpar tailoring, my suit doesn’t even look much better. I would find a different tailor, I won’t be returning

Very over priced for alterations. I’ve paid 50-75 other places to have a brides maids dress fitted. They charged $115. It is only one layer but when I called she said the dress was “very wide” it’s a size 16 and a bit wide at the bottom but I can not see $115 for it. They also could not give me an estimate when I came in and charged me a 75 deposit and an extra 40 when I picked it up. I only had it hemmed as the dress was too long. There was no taking in or letting out, no layers, very basic.

My husband took a shirt in to be cleaned. It had coffee stains on it. She said it was too dirty for her to clean. I am wondering what exactly is her job. I thought it was to clean shirts. This laundry is not as good since Susie took over
