Stopped in today with my wife and I must say the staff here are amazing. Ashlee specifically went above and beyond helping my wife find everything she needed. Thank you Ashlee!

Bath and Body at Montgomery Mall is good with the same setup but with new scents, do try the holiday body lotions INTo the night which is coming up with a mini perfume, body lotion with shimmery body cream, its amazing. Also try the Forever Red scent, it as well comes in body lotion, mist, body cream. All the scents are coming in roll on size perfume for travel cases. There are few new Christmas smells that have come up, you surely will feel christmasy when you visit here. There will be a sale of $2.95 or something under $3 deal for everything that come ever year in December so keep an eye on it :)

Had a great time shopping the soap sale!! I always stock up on their soaps, I've been using them for literal years. My husband likes them as well, and it's always fun going into the store to pick the scents we want. We always end up with candles and wall flowers since they have coordinating scents and it just adds to the ambience of our home. I love this store, since it's always clean and the workers are super nice and helpful!

Great place to get your bath and fragrance items. Hundreds of products to choose from. Shop in store or online, and pickup is easy. It's usually found in pretty much any mall. The only two I know of are in the Montgomery Mall on the first floor, just past the esclaters and the Willow Grove Mall on the third floor near the food court.

Always friendly staff. Great scents. Great gift ideas.

The workers there are always super helpful and engaging. We were looking for a specific Halloween night light and they were gone but the one lady Jessica helped us buy their display model! She was very friendly and bubbly... not many salespeople these days are as cheerful.

Great customer service! I told the cashier that my purchase was for my bridesmaids gifts and she gave me cute cellophane bags and ribbons to wrap them with! She was very considerate and made sure I had all the coupons available when I told her my coupon app wasn't working.

I go here mainly for their "foaming hand soap"!! One of my favorite things on the planet!!!!!!!! I have my favorite fragrances, and LOVE anything coconut! Even better when they are on sale, and you have a coupon - SWEET!!!🤗

They had a great selection! Customers have to take their own Bath and Body Works paper bag and fill it, then the cashier takes the items to ring and puts them back in the bag. They were busy on Saturday afternoon. They are closing earlier than the mall so check their hours on the mall website during the pandemic. I bought a lot of soaps and antibacterial items.

Often times, I go here for the candles. The store manager, Kristin, is always polite and courteous! Her associates are the same. Whenever I can't find anything or if I have a question, someone is usually close by to answer them for me. The random sales that they have are pretty good as well!

I went in and asked the sales person "if I like Comfort what other scents would I like?".
George at the Montgomeryville Mall was WONDERFUL...he gave me three new scents that I am in love with. I've been to several different locations and I've never had anyone help me like this and George was so knowledgeable.

This place is very addicting always got new stuff seasonal and also great discounts. Feels like every time I enter this store they get something better and I always spend here I love this place. 🤟🙌

I absolutely love this place! The candles are my favorite and I always collect all the coupons I can to use them when there are sales. My absolute favorite day of the year to shop here is black Friday...I save a fortune every year :)

The staff is attentive and warm from the time you enter the store they offer assistance with a smile and an attitude of "I'm here to help you find what you want. "It's the perfect place to purchase a anniversary, birthday, bridal shower, housewarming and/or a just for me gift.

The service was great. I had 2 young ladies who were very attentive and helpful with different options I wanted for Wallflowers. They helped me with informing me of discounts too. I am very pleased. I will be back.

Bath and Body works has a bunch of different soups and lotions. If you are looking for a gift for some one stop by and take a look around at the varieties of items. If you need help looking for something, an associate is bound to walk up and ask if you need any help. The workers are very polite and the vibe of the store is calm and nice. They also have bath bombs, if you wanna spice up the bath, turn on some tunes and relaxxx.

They are very helpful in this store anc there is slot of variety! i Love their old and new scents!!! I'm a 90s girl so cucumber melon is my favorite!!!
