We have a new roof! MLM saved us a tremendous amount of money on the cost of replacing our roof. The savings were significant enough that we had expected to save money for about 2-3 years to retrieve the roof, but the final cost was so modest that we were able to do it right away.

MLM was very easy to work with around the initial assessment, coordination with our homeowners insurance, scheduling and finalizing the proposed week, and completing the actual roof replacement. They are good communicators and I felt able to ask a lot of questions and not feel hurried into an agreement. Really appreciate the work and consideration from Daniel Haney on initial consulting & insurance coordination, and Chris Monaco and his team for their care around our home improvement work.

Chris Monaco and his crew arrived on time, were extremely respectful of my space and knocked out the job in less than 6 hours. The roof looks great. Chris communicated with me the entire time and made sure to address any concerns that I may have (I didn’t any). They did amazing job cleaning up. I am very satisfied with the installation experience.

Chris Monaco, project manager, was excellent. He reached out to me early this morning before his crew started to find out if I had any questions or concerns. They started and completed the job and cleaned up in one day. They did a great job replacing my roof 👏.The crew was excellent. They completely cleaned up after the installation. MLM replaced our roof and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Just have to say these guys are quick!
Chris Monaco, showed up early to make sure everything was in order to get our roof replaced. He went over all the material and made sure it was safe to start working. We have a 2800 sqft house and the old shingles were remove and replaced in a matter of 6 hours. The clean up was great, the roof look immaculate.

I have good experience with MLM Roofing company. Andrew Kim from the sales was very professional. Following up and with my insurance company and with me and tried his best to make sure I'll get the best service/product for my money. Always attentive and returning the calls. I felt that he truly cares for his clients. When the project started, Chris Monaco the project supervisor/manager was assigned for the most part. He was very attentive, nice, proactive, and found out some issues in the roof and on that day made sure to bring all the materials and fix it. Later, more things came up and he tried to accommodate my wants to my satisfaction. Overall, I'm very happy with the roof, gutters, and the way it was done. I recommend this company and give it my five stars.

Dave Schoen, the project manager, was great to work with during our roof and gutter replacements. Communication was frequent during scheduling — it was winter and it took a few tries for the weather to cooperate. He was clear about conditions necessary to proceed and talked us through the job. The crews were efficient and thorough with cleanup. We appreciated his willingness to follow up, and we’ll request Dave again for any other similar.

Project Manager Chris Monaco was very helpful and professional with the install of our new roof. Crews did a great job on the install and left our property cleaner then they found it after the roof tear off.

Rick the MLM project manager was very professional and polite. The timing of the job, the materials, the cleanup afterwards was exactly as he promised. We were hit with a heavy rainfall in the following few days and roof held up extremely well!

Chris Monaco n Crew showed up bright n early in the morning, and were amazingly finished replacing my whole roof a little after lunch. The clean up was great as well! Better than expected. Any issues were communicated with me immediately at that time, instead of at the end, which is also good.
