Mi Puebla Restaurant & Bakery

Met a friend from college here. We both were impressed with how fresh and tasty the food was. My colleague had gluten free restrictions and the waiter quickly offered options for both the appetizer and their meal. We shared the gluten free appetizer and I didn't feel I missed out on a thing. All table manners aside (lol) really was a lick the dish clean type of delish. Our main courses had some special requests as well and again they knocked it put of the park without missing a beat in flavor, presentation or service. Very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with this small restaurants big aptitude on delivery.

I get take out from here once or twice a month (usually burritos). Always solid. I lived in south Philly for 15 years (Mexican food Mecca) and this place does a great job. It's no frills, but nice fresh salsa and guac, everything always cooked right. And they are super nice.

Wow! Last time we ordered food here was pre-pandemic. The food was good then and it is even better now: Fresh, generous, perfectly seasoned, reasonabley-priced, easy and efficient take out. . . leagues ahead it's local competition in more upscale digs.
I have found that the quality of food in many eateries has gone down in quality since the pandemic (and ensuing labor shortage). That is not the case at Mu Pueblo. We are impressed and cannot wait to return!

Seriously, I don’t know how more people don’t know about Mi Puebla. I intentionally head out of my way just to eat these. Get the Mexicana but they’re all great.

Once again, a delicious Brunch, of Crab & Goat cheese, omelette. The best part is the free margaritas ~ yum !

I ordered the tacos de carne with agua de Jamaica and it was delicious! My friends also enjoyed their plates (chicken flautas, burrito, and tacos)

Good food with large portions. Ordered the beef tacos, mole enchiladas, and nachos. All were delicious. Their tacos are amazing. Ethnic taste.

I've had a shrimp burrito and shrimp tacos from here. They were delicious.

Wow. I've been living nearby and finally tried this restaurant. Food, and service, were great! I had shrimp tacos and they were excellent! I think they previously did breakfast and I hope they bring that back. But if not, I'll still be going back!

Visiting from out of town and LOVED this place! We ended up going twice in three days because my (very picky) family really enjoyed all the options - and the food! Excellent service, portion sizes, and menu options. Highly recommend!

FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD BUT LITTLE OR NO PARKING!

Ever since moving up here from Texas, I've been on nothing short of a spiritual quest. It sounds simple enough - finding a decent taco - but when your standards are as high as mine, you experience one disappointment after another. I didn't know how the food would be here, but i decided to give it a try anyway.

The result was nothing short if euphoric. To say the food is amazing doesn't begin to capture the sheer, enrapturing experience of taking a bite of one if these tacos. Instantly, I felt myself transported to a land of both culinary bliss *and* cultural diversity, even better than a visit back to my home state. Each experience since the first has only improved. My quest is now over.

Try the baked goods for an added treat. Go on, you deserve it. Because, also, your continued patronage will ensure I never need to search for the perfect taco again.

The best Mexican restaurant we’ve ever been to. Excellent service as well and so good we went twice in one week. Support this small business asap!

Update: The baked goods are going downhill. Don't know what's wrong but they are not like I described before.
The dinner menu is always good. BUT the cakes!!!!! This is my go to place for dessert, even if I have eaten elsewhere, I swing by here to get a slice of any of their desserts. Carrot cake is the best I have eaten, flan, apple cake, chocolate cake w/ buttercream frosting (last night), cheese cakes, etc. Everything is homemade as far as I know. This place used to be the baker for Roller's, then the Flying Fish, if anyone remembers them.

Great, authentic Mexican food.

Ate dinner here with my children and grandchildren! Food was delicious and staff was amazing. Then a bakery next door!
