I haven’t had any of their sandwiches yet. But I do go here often to get a quick snack or maybe a loaf of bread and so forth. The prices are high in the store as it is everywhere now because of the state of our economy. They are new owners and new to the neighborhood so I’m trying to give them a chance. When I go in the next time, I will suggest maybe doing a survey with neighborhood customers to see what we would like them to carry in the store. I pray that it gets better🙏🏾😇 building up never tearing down anyone😊

Sandwiches the meat is not fresh

I don't think they'll be in business much longer..you hardly ever see customers in the store like it was when the Kim's owned it & they have no hot food & no lottery ..that seemed to be Mr. Kim's main source of revenue

It feels so uncomfortable going to this store with the new management that’s here now. Its not very personable and friendly anymore and the hoagies aren’t as good which sucks because that was the best thing about this place.

I tried several times to patronize but the staff os very rude. They dont greet you or say thank you smile or say anything. Its a choice to patronize your a store…. Most ppl living here have the ability to shop elsewhere. A simple hello and being polite goes so far.

The sandwiches are made with entirely too much meat. I miss Tone. I’m not sure this style of store is fit for this neighborhood. Please help your employees understand that they are not in North Philly and do not have to treat it as such. Speaking to employees has been met with silence. Multiple times I’ve come at opening time and it was closed. Please make adjustments according to the environment you’re in.
