Valley Lock & Door is a Lock for service, Quality and Value. Our garage door was askew and could not be moved. The spring and cable needed adjustments and Tom was there today at the appointed 3:00 PM time and made the repair in 20 minutes. He also went above and beyond, tightening the spring and moving the handle, lock and rope to make it easier to operate for my wife.

Tom arrived when scheduled. He was very professional and pleasant. He replaced the old, worn insulation and trim, making certain it was properly installed. He even sprayed lubrication to get rid of a squeal in one door. Highly recommended.

Technician was on time, was very efficient and knowledeable. Took the time to explain the new door and the features of the opener. Technician had to come out to adjust the door opening and closing. Door was adjusted and works fine. Good service.
