Donna, Frank, and the entire team were truly amazing in the handling of my father's funeral. They were all very professional, considerate, understanding, and so easy to work with. This is just what you need when dealing with the death of a loved one.

Falk was by our side at every turn on the difficult day that our loving mother was laid to rest. We brought some pictures and they ran out to get frames so they could be beautifully displayed. They met briefly with each of our family members who were involved in the church service so they felt comfortable and knew exactly what to do. They anticipated our every need and nothing seemed to be too much!

Its been a year since my son NyJer has passed and it was so lovely to see a card from Falk. This card has not only warmed my heart but reminded me how great a service Falk has provided to my family.
From the crying moment on the phone when I had to make the unreal call, to the continued  service when Ny's only and youngest brother needed closure and requested to spend time with his big brother a day before the service, to the last minute video that was added the day of the service, Falk has assisted and providing the very much needed closure to my family and I Greatly Appreciated it.
They also provide you with steps (written materials) to help you process your lost.

Falk Funeral Home was my first experience with planning a memorial service. My husband died after a lengthy hospital stay at HUP. Frank called me when he had my husband so I could rest easy that he was closer to home. He also called me and left me know when the cremation would take place. The staff at Falk Funeral Home were wonderful throughout the process. The death of my Mom was fairly sudden and no pre-planning had occurred. Frank and Donna Falk were gracious, courteous and comforting throughout the time spent figuring out the details. They were accommodating and very respectful of our needs.

Although I have lost loved ones before, I had no experience with all that is involved with funeral arrangements and burials. I am thankful that my dad had the foresight to meet with the Falks before his death. They recorded all of his wishes. When he died, it took just one phone call to set everything in motion. They treated me with loving kindness and professionalism during a very difficult time. I highly recommend their services.

I just want to say that my husband and I could not have asked for a more humbled experience that what we received at Falk Funeral Home. Peter was very personal and sympathetic to our situation, answered all questions with dignity as if it was his family member. No complaints and never felt he was just doing his “job”.

Yesterday my mother in law Mildred Seckel had her service at your Pennsburg location, it was totally professional, compassionate and beautiful. Everything was done to make our loss easier. I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. Frank and Donna and the whole staff were exceptionally courteous from the two gentlemen who came to remove her after her passing to the lady who put the slide show together and the usher and Frank and Donna themselves. Wonderful people all of you. At a time like this you took the pressure off my wife Lisa and guided the way forward with true compassion. What a wonderful send off !

I can't imagine a better experience at such a stressful time. Falk organized everything from arranging for Military Honors to securing the pastor, from preparing a tent and chairs for the burial service to serving refreshments afterward, from having the headstone engraved to ordering a military marker. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that Falk also had a hand in guaranteeing the gorgeous weather we had that day. Falk worked easily and efficiently with our hometown funeral home and was prompt in answering questions, detail-oriented and thoroughly reliable.
