I also know the manager of this location and he is one of the nicest, kindest people you could ever work with. I know their commitment to training their associates and to providing customer service that shines. I would highly reccomend this office and any of their agents associated with their team.

The leader in St. Louis market. Our agent was nice, but title company wasn’t the best. Would have worked with the company our lender normally uses

Robert is great, super helpful and had great advice while doing tours of houses. If I had worked with him, I likely would have had a far better experience.

Karen Polishuk, however, is extremely rude. Becoming defensive when I say that I will be working with someone else, and after I've asked her to stop emailing me, sends passive aggressive remarks such as "I'm sorry you don't understand..." and "Go waste someone else's time, I am done with you". That was unnecessary and combative.

I get that people have off-days, but this entire exchange was ridiculous. When you are communicating professionally, and especially by email, take a step back and organize your thoughts. Emotional and spiteful responses are a poor reflection of you and your company.

I am a first-time home buyer and began working with a different company after only receiving a single listing update from Karen every couple of days. The other company (I will not name them as I'm not trying to advertise) found over 12 different listings for us to view this week, and took the time to listen to my wants. I was able to even sign an offer to send off this morning. We have not been demanding or annoying, and to have this kind of interaction with someone who should be professional? Absolutely not. I will never recommend.

Your listing agent flat out refused to return phone calls or texts to our (buyer) agent and would only communicate through very short worded and very vague emails.(Very Unprofessional) As well, these (emails)were not returned in a timely matter while dealing with a very short deadline that was not disclosed until the day of.
We lost out on our dream home due to her negligence. (Very Very Unprofessional) in today's market it is unheard of and inexcusable for an agent to act this way.
Or maybe real estate is just to much to handle for this particular agent, she obviously can't or is unable to handle multiple contracts on one property.

The agent Pamela Berra is infiltrating online neighborhood groups and posting spammy info regarding real estate and fish frys (of which are affiliated with the Catholic church). I guess this is supposed to be a hustle, but when asked why posting in a STL city neighborhood group about Catholic fish frys that are not in said neighborhood, let alone in the city, was met with some kind of God Bless response and blocking. Personally as someone who has lived and owned in this particular city neighborhood for years it is bad business and insulting to have some county dweller real estate agent trying to engage with random junk posts. It just highlights the agents want to get a foothold in a burgeoning neighborhood meanwhile having no clue about the neighborhood itself and disregard for residents within neighborhood. Good luck lol

TIME AND TIME AGAIN I HAVE REACHED OUT TO YOU ALL TO SEE IF YOU ALL HAVE ANY RENTAL PROPERTIES AND YOU ALL DO AND WHEN I CALL THERE I ALWAYS BE TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BACK THAT'S A (LIE!!!!!!!)IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM THAT YOU ALL WILL LOSE $$$$$$ BECAUSE OF IT'S BECAUSE OF WHO EVER TOLD ME THAT IS THE ONE WHO IS THE ONE THAT WILL MAKE YOU ALL LOSE MONEY..........................
