Today I was in need of an oil change. The 2 gentleman on duty today was VERY VERY POLITE. Very customer friendly towards me for this to be my 1st time at this Midas. Customer Service is very important to me when I’m spending my money as well as needing a service. My overall experience was pleasurable. By the way there office, waiting area & shop was very clean by the way. I will be visiting this location from now on ❤

They were absolutely amazing. Transparent with my wait times and services I needed. Jose at the front desk was so kind to me and did his best to get me the lowest prices. I trusted their work and that they weren’t overcharging me which I value as a female.

I travel from south philly just to come to this location due to excellent services, very good communication and professionalism. The staff here is great. Waiting area is very clean and neat.

Midas has always been so accommodating! As a woman who knows little about cars they take the time to listen, explain and assure me that the car is in good working condition . The staff have been courteous and kind.
I am thankful I walk out having gotten the best deal possible. Thank you!

Came here for an oil change a couple days ago. I made an appointment request online and someone called me be back less than 5 min to confirm. Great prices and fast service. Tech gave me a detailed easy to read repair order with a few things I must get done. So I’m back now for my tuneup. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend and will be back again for breaks.

Very professional and honest. They finished the repairs of my vehicle much sooner than I anticipated. This was my first time

Great team! They took a poorly running 2005 Jeep Liberty and within a few hours had it running and handling like it was new. Joel is a great mechanic and saved me thousands of dollars when another shop misdiagnosed the Check Engine light as a Transmission problem. Joel found it was a bad Sensor. I used them before but this time they really outdid themselves. Thank you!

I got the same day appointment time I requested and my oil change was done quickly. They honored the coupon I brought with me and were very professional and friendly.

sometimes you take a leap of faith trying someplace new. based on the reviews I decided to try this place. I was warmly treated as soon as I walked in. they fixed it perfectly and did some other minor up keep for my truck. they are extremely well knowledge'd in their jobs and just very down to earth people. they have my business for life.

Service was very good and informative… came in for an oil change was personally notified of a few other issues… not just telling what needed to be done additionally but providing me with actual details of y it needed to be done… Dak was very personable and a pleasure to work with … as was the entire staff!! great service I wasn’t surprised tho… I’m a regular costumer!

Amazing service, my car was taken back maybe two minutes after arrival. Very friendly & straight forward environment. This is my first time visiting & it won’t be my last. Highly recommend!!

I did an emergency stop here because I had a scraping noise under my car. So I didn’t call ahead of time, I just showed up. When I walked in, the place was clean and tidy. I was warmly greeted by the front desk man. After I told him what I was there for, he took the keys and had the car looked at. 15min later he came back, told me it was my water shield under the car that came loose. They fixed it and charged me nothing! Great fast service.

Soon as you walk in, you get greeted and the gentleman that sits at the desk is very helpful, i watch how he helps everyone who comes in there and he’s very professional (above and beyond) this Midas location gets an A+.
