The Fresh Grocer of Wyncote

I recently purchased some items on 12/30 @ approx 6:20pm. I got all the way home & realized I forgot one of my shopping bags after checking out at the register. I called the store to inform them. I spoke with a customer service rep named Ramon. He suggested I come back to the store to retrieve but, they may have to run the cameras. I made it back to the store before closing time. Once I arrived, I was referred to the store manager, Kim. I showed her my receipt & told her what items were left behind. Kim suggested I pick the items out again & bring them to the counter. She even helped me locate one of the items that was not on shelf but, available in the store. She was extremely helpful & understanding. Her time, attention to detail & consideration was very much appreciated. Also, kudos to Chris, who searched inside the carts outside to see if my bag was left inside the cart. Thank you Fresh Grocer of Cheltenham for exemplifying such great customer service! Happy New Year!

The store is always clean and they always have terrific sales. Why pay $11.00 for a pound of American Cheese at Acme or Giant when you can get it here fresh sliced for only $4.99? The same goes for ham. Sometimes they run out of items such as chicken or ground beef. That tells me that their inventory doesn't sit around, so get there earlier. They used to make the absolute best sweet potato cake sold in a tin but they discontinued it. One of my favorite places to grocery shop.
UPDATE: To my surprise, the bakery at the Fresh Grocer started making the Sweet Potato cake in the tin again!! That cake with its buttercream icing is to die for! Thanks for bringing it back!

Always clean and well stocked. They have fresh lobster. I go there for their fresh seafood. They also have a salad works and a good selection of alcoholic beverages.

Service, cleanest not to mention fresh food at a reasonable price at this local grocery. You know I love to browse the aisles, read, find those little gems. Never seen in other stores. Like this sweeten condense coconut milk, must try the sweet coconut, lol, in my coffee. Or the Italian own #1 bakery "Amoroso's rolls" soft and fresh, love it. Found in all the deli that make your delicious "Philly Cheesesteaks" more enjoyable...And fresh prepared meal that is cooked on premise. like tasty good season jerk chicken. You have to try it when in the area. Oh, if you have to follow a low sodium diet, lots of choices here. [Unsalted chips, pretzels, and many more]

We went to the customer service to ask about a sale item being out of stock, and the service person, Kelsie, was so approachable and friendly to make sure we left happy. We did!

I would like to commend Stacey of the Meat Department for his excellent customer service advice and help on Saturday, April 22, 2023. The store was very empty as it was early in the morning. It turned out that I needed help three different times while shopping. As I searched for an employee I wound up each time asking Stacey for help. He aided me right away and by the third time he was all smiles and solved my problem. I am so happy that Stacey in the Meat Department was on duty. Fresh Grocer is lucky to have him as an employee.

One of my favorite super markets. I was going here when it was Pathmark. I just love the area!

5 star rating for Lauren. The young lady was amazing. She worked that register and owned it. Her light was out, which meant no one else in line...and people came anyway. One customer told the gentleman at the end of the line not to let anyone else in the line...it had to be done. Lauren was so sweet, she did not want any customer to feel put out so we told them. Kind, compassionate, caring and did her job...WELL! Nice visit today...grateful I was in Lauren's line. Great prices in this store as always and great deals also. Love this place more now!

This location is clean and well stocked. When I asked questions about the location of items everyone knew the store products. There was a lady walking around cleaning signs and clearing away old boxes. This store may be a little pricier than its older siblings but it is worth the relaxing vibe it gives off. Like a boutique experience.

My day at the fresh grocer they had what ia was looking for . The store was very clean service was very fast and friendly.

This store always has quality items. The employees are always very helpful. The bakery has very tasty treats. I'm really happy they are across the City border so I can buy juices and sodas without the high City sugar tax.

This is the best market in the area. The store is clean, the prices are great and the selection is wonderful. I was able to find everything from my favorite energy drinks to boneless/skinless chicken thighs at $2.50 for a pack of 6.
They often have musical entertainment in the cafe area for you to enjoy if you choose to eat in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Don't leave the store without at least one slice of the sweet potato pie - it is really scrumptious.

I have to speak on the Hoagie Bar!! The Associates were good. Not only the way they made the sandwiches but the care taken in the preparation. John...let me put it like this I'd wait for him to hook my sandwich up anytime. It looked so good I really didn't want him to wrap it up.. Thanks again John!!!

When we located this store as soon as it opened, we never went to any other. Great store and sales people. The lady at the deli is one of the nicest I have seen in a long time, and I love Cassandra, at the register, Kind, always smiling, and chats with you.

Love this store especially right now. We have a Shop Rite across the street from us, but it's always such a headache to go to. We also tried the hoagie station for the first time today and it was fantastic, thank you for everyone working during this time.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped into the market. It was huge and very clean. The staff was nice polite and efficient. I bought a small sea food chowder. I ate it on my way walking back to the house. I can see me taking frequent walks to the grocer🤣🤣🤣

They are fast and friendly no attitude

Always a good experience, clerks are helpful, prices are good, and on top of it all... They have beer... and wine but I don't drink wine, but they have beer. Their cooked food is awesome and cheap, hoagies are excellent, and their fried chicken pretty good too. So 5 outta 5 stars

I give this supermarket a 5 simple because they take care of things SUPERCLEAN love that not all will be. Besides the clean floors and neat aisles they have a beer garden which is clearly very Convenient for a number of us. No real issue encountered here can get packed but that's any supermarket depending on time of day.
