Despite manufacturers+Covid delaying production time, Joanna at Just Furniture Easton kept me up to date on a weekly basis as to where my order was and the status. She took my order over the phone and emailed me a receipt. The delivery guys did a great job lugging the heavy foldout loveseat up our steps and maneuvering it onto our second floor. No damage to our product and we love it!
