I have worked with Custom Benefit plans for almost 20 years.
They not only provide me with the best back office support with Laura, Natalie, Josephine and Joe Covell but also they provide me with quotes in less than 24 hours.
At Renewals they also provide me with a professional and colorful SPREADSHEET.
The other unique thing about Custom Benefit plans is that based on my production they also give me LEADS.
One of these leads about 4 years ago for medicare supplement made over $20,000.00 in Annuity commission.
I love Custom Benefit plans for not only their excellent service but most importantly they are very friendly. You can not find anybody as friendly as Laura, Mary, monica and Joe.

I went there for advice on health insurance. I am on Medicare and it's opening enrollment time so I needed some help in choosing and understanding the right plan for me. they sat with me for over an hour and explained everything, then they went about taking care of all the paperwork that was needed to be done. I can only advise others to go there the same reasons. they are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and they will sit down with you and go over your needs and what's out there on the insurance Health Market. for this I give them 5 stars.

I have worked these folks for over 20 years and have always found them to be highly professional, courteous and consistent in their excellent follow through. The negative review I just read is totally incongruous with my experience with “The Three Joe’s” who you work with at CBPI. Also, you interact on a daily basis with the “worker bees” who really are the backbone of this office who are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to people like me who count on them for my income.

Tried to get help with Obamacare but instead I was charged for services that were suppose to be free. The owner Sal was very very rude and obscene so I left, he never mentioned I would be charged for services that are free, bill came a few weeks later, scammers. Stay away from this place, there are better places you can go to for your insurance needs.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! We are a business and choose to go with there services for 2018. They beat everyone's price but then didn't include two of our employees and since it was past enrollment those employees were not able to get insurance for 2018!!! They did nothing to correct this! I would not trust them for anything.

I live in Maryland, sister lives in Bucks County, she told me about this place while I was visiting. Never again, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETHIC IS A JOKE, go elsewhere for your insurance needs.
