After a mix up about an item that never shipped the store employee and zahir went the extra extra mile by going above and beyond so appreciate for excellent customer service to resolve this often people complain but dont commend many thanks

I love Club Monaco especially this location. The prices are a bit high for my liking but their sale stuff is great.Beautiful clothes. Thank you to all the staff that work here. They are very nice and will help you with anything you need.

The visit to the store turned into a nightmare. I experienced verbal abuse from the sales person in the store. I have filed a complaint and hope the store management can investigate.

The sales associates are not friendly. I used to shop here regularly because I love the clothes, but now if I choose to buy from them at all, it’s online. I just can’t stand to spend money with people who act like they’re constantly annoyed. As a business manager, I highly recommend that the store manager of this location do a re- train with their associates on the power of a simple smile or friendly gesture. It goes a long way.
