I've always been a die-hard Starbucks fan, but lately, every drink I've ordered has been terrible. I thought I'd give this place a try. I love it! There are so many drink options. They even have the lavendar lattes I can't seem to find anywhere else. Prices are average for the area & they do offer a rewards program to earn free drinks. They also have an app that allows you to load cash to your reward card. A bonus perk is you get an addl $2 for every $20, which does add up if you drink coffee every day like I do. It's a little slower because there are only two employees working inside the hut, but totally worth it. Just an indicator of how popular they are! Customer service is excellent & I highly recommend!

This place kills it with their drinks, haven't had one I don't like! I cannot drink anyone else's, the beans they use are amazing and so is the flavorings! They also have amazing staff! And to top it off their "pupachinnos" are a hit with the dogs of the family! Ours gets his head stuck every time because, well, it's good to the last drop!

Drive thru coffee house. We had the huckleberry smoothie and the 32 oz 6 shot Heavenly caramel frappe. Heart palpitations were worth it! When busy, the wait can take a few minutes but the service is great and the coffee is wonderful.

Came to Helena for a wedding, family wanted the Montana experience, heard that Huckleberry is a big thing out here, so we stopped by this adorable drive up. Mollee was an absolute joy, for all of us in the truck, to interact with. And the Huckleberry smoothies were top tier. Thank you for this memorable experience! 🙏🏽

These folks don't skimp on the caffeine. And they don't gouge ya, either. A 24oz comes standard with 5 shots. As it should be!! I only get coffee from here when I'm in town. It's the best coffee, and great service with friendly staff.

The ladies here are so kind. Each experience I’ve had here has been great! I went there today and the girl working was all alone and it was very busy but she had an amazing smile for me and a cheerful personality, although she must have felt the pressure. I received a delicious coffee in record time.

I love love love this place! They are always very quick, and when they are busy with an order they still say hi and let you know they see you. The drinks are consistent, delicious, and this is the only place that can make my drink right. I've tried multiple other chain places, and this place nails it every time.

You can never go wrong with Florence Coffee. Tried my first cup at a location in Great Falls and have been hooked on them since. Coffee is always the same between any location I have tried and the staff is super friendly and fast. Most of the girls take my order while working on another cuatomers order and they remember it without asking again. Great job ladies!

My ultimate favorite coffee shop in town I feel they need to spend more time training new staff on drinks. with the extreme turn over the lately. Ordering the same drink never knowing what you're going to get. I only complained once to the owner who made it right immediately. Frankly if I was that unhappy I wouldn't go back right everybody needs a chance to learn new things... it's just a suggestion. I know working in customer service is not easy. And I will continue to support the number one coffee shop in Montana

I traveled to Arizona this past week and was so disappointed in all the other coffee shops. Florence Coffee kis the best and I appreciate everyone that works there.

All around best drinks. Love their mochas best in town. They have a new electronic card to keep track of purchases towards that wonderful free 10th drink. Always friendly folks. Need locations in Bozeman and Billings where I frequently travel.

"FloCo" is my favorite drive-thru Kiosk coffee stop. Super friendly staff and rich flavorful coffee. If I had to choose between waiting 5 min at FloCo or speeding through some corporate line - I would gladly wait 5 min for the quality I get at Florence Coffee.

Visited for a large, 6 drink, order 10 minutes before closing and the barista was polite and fast. We nurses thank you for our caffeine fix for the night!

I love everything about this place, the coffee, the staff, they always have time to exchange pleasantries and they really get to know their customers!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
