Ash the store manager helped me get into a new phone after destroying mine. With being a former VZW store manager for a few years, I always hold current VZW employees to a high standard. This store delivered just that. High degree of service with a clear passion for customer service. Ash and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and would highly recommend this location.

We recently visited this location after we were unable to find the iPhone 11 pro at other local Verizon’s. This location had several in different colors and memory size. Our sales rep Jelanee was very professional and answered all of our questions. He was able to set us up with a new iPhone 11 pro, installed a cover protection on the phone and helped transfer all of the information from our phone to the new phone. During our setup wait our sales rep was very courteous and resourceful. We will be back to this location for future purchases and upgrade. Highly recommend visiting this Verizon.

Nolan and Gianni were extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us when we were setting up internet service.

A massive thank you to Verizon store in Palmer Park mall in Easton PA. A nice young man, first name, Nolan spent hours with me today trying to help me with a serious problem. He works on commission. He sold me nothing. So despite that he patiently sat and went far and above the call of duty to do everything he could. I appreciate all the help and support he and his team did today!

Worked with Ash Intezar the store manager. He was a pleasure to deal with. Got me in and out and the best deal for brand new I phone 14. He got me to quickly leave t mobile and start my business account with Verizon. I’ll be back for sure with further needs.

Jay and Gage they are very friendly and very knowledgeable and I appreciate. I appreciate their kindness and helping me with my Verizon account and I will tell all my friends and anybody else to ask them because they are awesome. You should give them a raise. They both been nice so they should get a raise for Christmas

Ash and Dylan were very helpful. We came from sprint and service was horrible. I'm so excited for the new service and our new phones the price was affordable. Ash was very polite and explained everything to us and helped all 3 of us set our phones up. Thank you so much

Jesse helped me to upgrade my phone to a newer one. She was helpful, courteous, extremely pleasant and mindful of my time. She went the extra mile to make sure that I had everything I needed on my new phone. She also looked over my plan and made suggestions to make my plan better. She did this without being pushy. I've always had great experiences at this store and interacting with Jesse was one of them.

Went in looking for a new phone and had to add family to my plan. The service was absolutely fantastic. My new friends listened to what I needed and helped me figure out the best deals for what I needed. Left with three new phones and a watch with a great price for the whole deal. Amazing service, wonderful experience and super satisfied with Andrew.... My old cell broke a few months back and he was able to retrieve all photos; back to 2014 - which are VERY important to me (photos) of my father that passed away. GREAT job 👍 so happy!

Jessie was my helper. What a great job she did. I'm totally lost on my phone n she just called technical support and got everything I needed. Had to upgrade my discount n did all with no questions asked. I would go to her in a heart beat. I'm so glad she was there for me. Keep up the fantastic work, you deserve a raise.

I came in to the store looking to inquire about having insurance on an old broken phone. Andrew was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was was informative about all the different phones, plans, and coverages and helped point out money savings where ever it was available which is very helpful for me as a customer on a budget. He was extremely patient and even stayed passed closing to make sure my phone was activated and had my old information transfered. I came in without a working phone and left with a new one and a new plan that worked for my budget. I am very pleased with the service here and would recommend to anyone looking for help or service.

I got such awesome, 10/10 help here from Jesse after my phone was stolen from the mall. I was back and forth a few times and she always remembered who I was - genuine and personable - I felt like she really cared about helping me and answering all my many questions. Couldn’t have had a more positive experience with Johnny at the Verizon store. I was switching from AT&T to Verizon and was very pleased with the experience. Not only was he professional but he was also helpful and patient through the process. I would definitely recommend visiting this Verizon store.

This store is awesome. They had the best prices around. Jelanee is very good at what he does and he walked me through the process step by step. The store was clean and super friendly. And they didn't mind me having my three yr old with me.

Just want to give a HUGE thanks to Matt C. at this location. Helped me out tremendously during the entire transition from straighttalk to Verizon and getting my dream phone. Though there was hassle getting my number switched over (which he had nothing to do with, it was my previous carrier) he was very patient and apologetic and without him I couldn't have done it so THANKS!! Loving my new phone and that dude.

Jessie is an amazing person she always is there for me when I need help with my phone. Though there was plenty of times I thought of switching carriers I stay with Verizon because of Jesse's excellent customer service! Keep up the great job
