We happened to update more than we were planning to because the prices were good, nice stuff, it was discounted, and they have 0% financing for a year. A very positive experience. Getting our furniture in just two days!

Tom Webb is outstanding!! He's so honest, down to earth & tremendously helpful with information about furniture. Last summer, Tom helped us with our new couch, coffee table and end table.
We just went back today and he helped us purchase our new mattress!
We will definitely be back when we're ready to replace our kitchen table & we will make sure we see Tom again!

I went to help my mother pick out some new furniture for her new home. We were warmly greeted by Andy, who helped us throughout our visit. He was wonderful! He let us explore on our own; didn’t hover or pressure us but was easy to find when we had questions. I highly recommend working with Andy! Great experience!

What a great place to shop. Friendly staff, low pressure, very informative and helpful when needed. They also will let you wonder on your own if you just ask. This is a really great place to shop, and the prices are great for what you get. I would recommend going in and seeing what they have if you're in the need for furniture. They have a huge selection, and most of it is brand new from the manufacturer that can be delivered right to your home. Of course, they do have the "take-with" items that are a great deal as well. Definitely worth the look!

Jay was our salesman and he was very helpful. He stayed physically available and within practical distance the entire time but never pressured us for anything. We were in there for well over an hour with our boys and he was very patient. He answered all our questions and gave us his advice when asked for. I love that non-aggressive attitude. We ended up compiling a couch and bedroom furniture and putting down a $100 deposit. Really appreciate their non-pushy salesmanship.

Our 2nd trip to Raymour & Flanigan outlet. And it has been great both times. Irene has help us wonderfully by showing us different options and helping us find both the perfect kitchen table and family room set. Looking forward to working with her more.

Bought furniture from here twice. Staff is great and not pressuring. Prices are reasonable and delivery is on time and with quality. Will definitely shop here again for future furniture needs.

Loved that we didn't have sales people following us around the store. John approached us when we walked in, and when we decided what we wanted. we tracked him down and he took take of us. Great place to shop and John is awesome!

Salespeople never pressure a customer to buy. They allow you to browse and check on you periodically. All of the salespeople are professional, friendly, knowledgeable about all the products and extremely helpful with providing information that enables a customer to make an informed decision.

I was in the market for a new rocker recliner to replace a very old one that used to be my dad's. I had some very specific specifications to be met and the staff at Raymour and Flanigan were helpful, polite and did NOT leave you feeling like you were being rushed. They took the time to help me in my selection which met my every desire. Needless to say in a few weeks when I'm settled in my new place my new chair will be delivered. This is not my first purchase at this retailer and should the need arise in the future it won't be my last purchase I am completely satisfied with my experience with them.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience, from the moment we walked in the store until our purchase was delivered the very next day. Andy was helpful but also allowed us space to come to a decision on our own. The delivery team was very kind, very very fast and had fantastic communication.
