AT&T Store

Definitely great experience! Store was busy but Quinton handled it great! Super friendly, patient, and efficient! Also helped by Christian, who was 1st day training and did a great job assisting and helping out! Would definitely come back to and refer others to that location. Much better experience than I ever had at my usual location in Pottstown. Thanks!

The employees at this store made the process of buying new phones enjoyable. The vibes are immaculate and Quinten in particular was super helpful through the entire process of upgrading 3 of our phones. This was the easiest trip to the AT&T store I have ever had. Thank you to the employees for making a mundane and tedious activity of getting new phones enjoyable.

Very friendly service and knowledgeable about their products. Quinton was able to help us get our phone plan merged and transfer everything to the new phone. This has been the most helpful AT&T store in the area and will definitely will return when it’s time to upgrade again.

Quentin helped us pick out new phones, and Murph helped us set them up a few days later when they arrived. Superb customer service from both of them, definitely makes me appreciate being an AT&T customer.

Generally I hate the phone buying experience but DAKOTA at the AT&T store made it great!
She is very organized and efficient not to mention very friendly and professional. We had an appointment which is necessary for the process and Dakota gave us her full attention and has a great sense of humor!
The store in general has a good vibe. The transferring of 5 phones is a lengthy process and the rapport between the associates was very positive. 5 stars for Dakota at At&T

I’ve worked with numerous account reps and sales associates in many years but Quentin from the Royersford store was terrific to work with. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help in every way and took an initiative to satisfy the customer.

Murph was wonderful, has helped our whole family get our phones set up. Our daughter sent us in after working with murph and we drove past other stores to get here just for his customer service! Highly recommend coming here for your needs!

Was greeted immediately and helped instantly!! They made sure everything was done right, and I walked out of there with everything I wanted, in a good amount of time!! Her name was Dakota, and she was definitely a pleasant worker to be helped by!! Will be going back there and checking for her each time I go!!

I had a very good experience with this store. We were due to upgrade, but I dreaded going to the AT&T Store. I walked just after they opened and Dakota to care of me. She got the whole family on new phones and looked through deals to get us all on the same plan. The new phones were in the store in a couple days and we're all set. Thanks, Dakota!

Quinton was very helpful today with my iPhone! He helped me replace my phone screen and then get a whole new device when the replacement did not repair correctly. Highly recommend going here for any phone issues!

Dakota the best at her job had my phone stolen the night before and got a new phone within 30 minutes of entering the store and only having to pay the sales tax. Highly recommend over any other locations in the area
