Cactus Blue

I had the delightful pleasure of having lunch at Cactus Blue yesterday. I was treated like royalty by the staff. Elizabeth Ortiz, Jonas, and Pete treated myself and everyone of their guests like family. The atmosphere is safe, loving, and warm. The decor is clean, casual, and whimsical. Most importantly the food was delicious. Cactus Blue combines fresh, high quality ingredients with absolute skill to create unique and beyond flavorful dishes. The prices are a steal for the portion sizes and quality you get. I cannot say enough kind words. Cactus Blue is my new favorite lunch spot.

It was my first time trying out this place and even though it was lunch during the middle of a work week, the vibes were there. The staff were accommodating & friendly to us especially with someone who is celiac. I loved the decorations, the seating, the music - all very well done. The food came out fast and tasted amazing. Everything was fresh. It was a pretty great price for what you got. Definitely recommend to come here if you’re in the Lehigh Valley. It’s also so close to the schools which is great for after school or early outs!

A friend recommended Cactus Blue. We went there for the first time, and we were very pleased with the food. The food was delicious, and the portions generous. My husband likes spicy, I like mild. They offer you a choice of sauces, so we both were happy. We'll be returning.

This was my first time trying. I ordered take-out through their website. Food was ready when I got there, everyone was friendly, and the place was nice inside too. The food exceeded my and my family’s expectations. Everything was delicious. We felt like the value for the money was also really good (lots of protein). Even my very picky 2 year old ate much more than she normally does which speaks volumes (to us at least). We will definitely be returning!

I love this place. Service is speedy and everything is so fresh. Pictured below is the two fest style tacos with steak, carne fries, and a 4oz side of guacamole with chips. Definitely a favorite quick dinner option!

My boyfriend & I were able to try Cactus Blue at the food truck festival yesterday, the truck actually caught our eye because of how well designed it looked. The workers were so friendly too! We got the walking chicken taco and queso chips. Everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back next Thursday!

I ate there and ordered a steak Burito! It was filled with delicious Rice and moist Steak! The kitchen staff were great to deal with. I highly recommend this place . Very cozy place to eat with fantastic service!

The chimichanga with house veggie mix, Baja style, with a side of pickled jalapeños was soooooo delicious. I would re-order that every time. Awesome place. Sit yourself. Order at the counter. They even gave my son and niece Wikki Stix (?sp) at the end which was an awesome toy to keep them happy.

We didn't have a reservation gogle was messing up my reservation but when we got there we didn't have to wait that long Saturday dinner was almost full restaurant their menu is a classic Mexican restaurant comfort food. I had the carne asada fries as an appetizer and the shirmp burrito blue as main course, burrito came with rice and beans a nice size not too big not to small the food was good it need it a little more spice but overall nice place and our server was good too. And this restaurant is BYOB so feel free to bring the fiesta with you.🍷

The food was great. The service was friendly, but slightly slow. The chicken nachos could have been a meal by itself for two. The toppings were layered, leaving hardly any chops without coverage. They were some of the best nachos I have ever had. We also tried the chimichangas and fajitas. Both were excellent.

This is a great local spot! BYO with vegan options and fresh, interesting food. The atmosphere is inviting with nice decor. We arrived 30 mins before closing to have a quick bite and the staff was very respectful and friendly.

GINGERBREAD CHURROS!!!!! Oh and everything else is amazing too. Service is so friendly and fast. Food is fresh and creative. You know it’s going to be a great meal every time you walk in the door!

Always a great meal from there! Drive out of my way to get Mexican dinner take out for my wife and I. Nice size portions.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant, since I discovered a few years ago at Music Fest. Chips and salsa are always fresh and a great free appetizer. I recently tried the fish tacos and really liked them. I have also had enchiladas verde and it was yummy.

This was our second time there and the food is amazing!! We even saved room for dessert this time. Phenomenal😋❤

Great place to grab Mexican in the Lehigh Valley. I ordered their cheese enchiladas - my go to. They were tremendous and worth going back for time and time again. Definitely a prime spot if you enjoy Mexican.

Awesome food, beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff make this one of the top Mexican restaurants. - don’t forget its BYOB - bring your tequila or rum and get the awesome margaritas!

I had a large catering order delivered for a picnic and it was a great experience. Easy working with Adam on solidifying the menu, arrived on time and hot --- everyone loved it and we were very impressed!
