Old Navy is fantastic! The store is spacious, and their cute dresses come in multiple colors. The best part? Great deals!

This is our favorite store to shop for 14 grandchildren gifts. Very reasonably priced, good selection, plenty of free parking and a reasonable return policy. The service is acceptable not great.

I was shopping yesterday at Old Navy at the Promenade Mall with my granddaughter. It was fun to be with her & we had a very enjoyable experience . We both found dresses to try on & went to the
Dressing room area where we met a delightful woman employee of yours. She was so delightful, & complimentary of us & went the extra mile to make our experience there fun & very comfortable for my granddaughter especially. I wish I knew her name, You have a winner with her! Thanks!

Went there with one type of item in mind. I hadn't been there in several years, so I needed to ask where something was. This nice lady walked around with me and went to find someone who could give her the location. She came and found me and I appreciate such service - saved me time to purchase all I came for. Great prices also.

Great sales, friendly and helpful staff. Very happy with the jeggings I bought on sales for 15 dollars and found another pair on clearance rake for $13.97. The fit was perfect.

Obtained an article of clothing I was looking for. Store was clean, staff greeted me when I walked in, and check-out accepted legal tender for my purchase. At least I think it was accepted as FBI, Secret Service, ATF or whatever government agency in charge of determining such infractions has yet to knock on my door.
As a law abiding citizen, I'm sure my paranoia is unfounded. But - one never knows...do one?

Staff is very good and polite! They had amazing sales going on for almost everything 50% off and I got so much stuff at a HUGE discount! Everything was organized very well too. One of my all time favorite places to shop

Got a great winter coat on clearance....only $15 ! it's a mustard color...just lovely !

Good clean store with a nice selection of clothes available. The staff was pleasant as well. At the time I visited, they had a very large selection of items on sale and clearance. The location of the store is great too. Being in the Promenade Shops is a plus for sure.

Always very orderly and clean, never have to wait too long during check out, easy returns. They are also dog friendly so my retired service dog loves this location as well!
