Can’t believe I waited so long to visit this place. Food & service were outstanding. We will definitely be back. Pictured dishes - Lecho (vegetarian dish with tiny dumplings, tomatoes, onions & peppers) - very flavorful & more than enough for leftovers. And Chicken Paprikas. Cute, cozy restaurant in the lovely Hellertown. BYO too 🍷

Very unique, home style restaurant. Food was great. Very tasty. The front of store manager/waiter/owner is a real character, extremely authentic, charming, and fun to talk to. Don’t go in expecting a fine dining experience, it’s closer to a diner. We definitely plan to come back.

Been eating here for many years and this place never disappoints…ever. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been amazing and I’ve yet to find another authentic Hungarian restaurant anywhere that comes close to this place. It’s about a half hour drive from my house but I’d drive well over an hour if I had too, it’s that good. I’m somewhat of a foodie and have eaten food from many many restaurants in the Lehigh Valley and this place is definitely in my top 3 for sure. If you’ve never eaten anything from here you’re missing out. As long as they’re in business I’ll continue to eat here regularly.

First time here, Chicken Paprikas was delicious! Hubby had Pork chops, super tender and you get two. Homemade chicken noodle soup hit the spot. Definitely will be going back again. Staff super friendly . This place is a hidden gem.

Very nice place, the atmosphere made me feel like sitting in a restaurant in Budapest. The food was excellent, I had paprikas chicken with cucumber salad and palacsinta for dessert. My wife had breaded pork chops.

Have not been here since Covid started. Will be back soon.

We love this restaurant! We live out of state and whenever we visit Lehigh Valley, this is one of the first places we want to visit.
The food is great and very generous portions.
It's like eating at your grandmother's house
They are very cordial and welcoming too.
They just never disappoint.

One of my favorite restaurants in the ABE area. Hungarian Family cooking. Chicken Parikash, Stuff Cabbage, Pork Chops with cabbage noodle. Many great foods to try and I also get their nutella crepe for dessert as well. I suggest call ahead for parties if 4 or more on the weekend. They can get busy.

My favorite soup is there creamy potato soup but they don't serve it all the time. It's a special they occasionally make. Must try when they do have it in though.

I ordered the beef paprikas and is was delicious! We've been here several times before and the food is always really good. Simple but satisfying and authentically seasoned and prepared. The homemade noodles were tender and tasty but the sauce/stew makes this dish very flavorful and hearty. There was plenty of melt in your mouth beef chunks and we enjoyed the side salad and warm bread with butter that came before the meal. The servings are large so we each ended taking home some leftovers. The chicken paprikas is also very good here but I'd love to try something new next time we come back!

Authentic Hungarian vibe, incl. Hungarian music. The menu is short, but every dish is fantastic and service is great. Service is in Hungarian on request of course. Try the "palacsinta" or the "gulyás" they'll turn you into a regular guest.

Like being around the hungarian side of my family after so many years. Food was exactly like my grandfather used to make.

This was my Dad's favorite place so to honor him my family had a great meal there after his funeral. They never fail to please and we all had the chicken soup and palacinta for dessert.

There breaded pork is to die for. In all my travels throughout the US and Europe this is the best. Also it is a byo restaurant.

It's been over 20 years since my wife and I had authentic Hungarian food. This place was great! The entree portions are large.
